48. Murphy's Law

Friends & Family
"If anything can go wrong, it will"...

one of the would-be-learnt topic in the subject Human Factors in near future

Yeah, true. Anything. Everything. Any time. Every time.

So the talk of having a Kerachut was long started and the plan was to take place in this end time of the year. In less than 24 hours, the subject was brought up before we went swimming. This time: Hooi, Khang Yang, Daniel, Ye-Wheen and Jonathan with only 4 goggles. So we agreed. Spontaneous last minute conception of a wonderful and blissful hiking beach trip. That was the way to organize a Kerachut trip since 3 years ago. HAHA. My first time was with the Sea Scouts back in 2003.

Then the 2nd came when Mr. KY suddenly called in the midnight in the end of year 2006. The idea came from his brother. Ok, 2 days later then we went. The 3rd trip took place just like hmm...April this year, 8 months ago with Jon, YW and Hooi and of course the mother/father of Kerachut plan, Mr. KY.

That one was a special occurrence. Hah. It was planned already in advance a week earlier. But due to something I have forgotten about plus the day before the plan Jon, Hooi and I hiked and we're were like so tired and felt bored about the plan so we called it off, ourselves. Then came YW who actually cancelled off his appointments and other plans before going back to KL just to join in the trip admitted about the mentioned thing. I was deeply feeling guilty and with friendship spirit and luckily-good motivation-ed sportsman brought back the plan and called it ON again. hoho we sure had fun.

And ok the 4th. It was like 10 hours close to happening. And then it happened...the real cancellation. woohoo..and yeah I am typing this post while sending and receiving messages of discussion on the matter. This time, the spontaneity fails. Because not many could make it. Hooi has a gig this Tuesday night the 30th. Some busy. Some forbidden. Left me, KY and YW die out of enthusiasm BUT no worries, we've got a new plan. The Penang Hill. You just can't leave the adenosine triphosphates, mitochrondrion and the muscle tissues in such a temperamental shock..so keep them moving and rocking. Tamparan hebat.

Hooi on the Trombone, with friends of the Jazz Music
USM Auditorium Dewan Budaya
Tickets: SOLD OUT

sorry babes..

And I want to get this novel, The Dark is Rising by Susan Cooper. The movie is not bad to me, I like that kind of fantasy and magical adventure. heh.

Books haven't I touched/finished:(if I can remember)
-True Sea Stories (man, I'm skipping the chapters already..can't stand the boredom)
-Chicken Soup for Teenager Soul
-The Simple Science of Flight #
-The Black Hole War #
-Mister B. Gone ##
-Shadowmancer ##
-SAS: Are You Tough Enough?
-Harry Potter: Goblet Stone (and after that)
##-Dying to read
#-Eager to read

Fark..I'm so hopeless in reading. Couldn't find the nice time to sit down and read. Laptop. Guitar. Bed.

Both dying to read books are dark fantasy disillusioning writings. And the eager to reads are physics-davinci-einstein-newton-hawking related books. Shit..another one, an e-book of The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene. Fun eh..it even has its documentary shows in Discovery Channel.

So, what's up? End of the year. Freaking last days of the year 2008. The aftermath of the Big Bangs. Meaningless but filled with imbalanced impacts. The aspects most affected and infected by alien invisible undiscovered substances: Relationships; education and career; life thoughts.

Upcoming post: The identity of the multi-faceted year 2008 revealed.

Current: Scraped skin(from ridge-free slide). Tanned skin. Burnt skin. Polished white ass. Sculpted muscle. Fun. From swimming. Another one ok, before all of us part again for year 2009. Swimming was never fun this fun, seriously. The best was YW moaning, "pls no pls dun, i will give u money later!" Correct me la if script wrong ahaha

37. Melaka Blitz + Booze Entropy 2

Personal/Friends & Family
oooh..Butterfly award awarded by Cheng Yee...the instructions there I ain't gona follow. My appreciation..sob sob thank you thank you..ahhahaahahha

So...for the Deepavali holiday weekend my friends and I had planned for a holiday plan. It was initially a Genting trip..bus fare only Rm7.80 from Kajang. But then we have a friend who is a prince of Melaka who suggested we go make a visit to the historical state of Malaysia that is Melaka.

We departed in the evening of last friday and reached there within one hour, there's only the border. A few more 10 minutes to reach the cities and first stop was a dinner spot with the friend's family. A treat. Nice food. Then we begun on a night excursion around the city and so we hopped onto the Sungai Melaka River Cruise. A 40 minutes cruising to see the famous spots of Melaka, a night scene of course.

After that, it's 12am already. Our friend took us around to check out the famous bars/clubs/pubs there. Cool eh..Good eh...chicks eh...There is one called Pure Bar. They are organizing a Halloween party. Anyone who come with make-up/costume gets free entrance. Another one just across the road is The Office, I had an inner attraction to it somehow...and then we strolled along the jetty entertainment centre. I could see the Eye of Malaysia already erected there. Balik rumah(friend's grandma house) buat si-eh then tidur...sucker Jonathan pwned the bed..leaving us blanketless and spaceless..my ass got banged basically until I gave up to change to another room without air-cond to rest in peace, literally. That was already 6am.

It's Saturday, whole lotta new places awaited my visit. It was my first time to visit Melaka. Even my family hasn't came. So, let these sets of photos tell the story. It started with a Chicken Rice-ball breakfast. I had 7 or 8 balls. Absolutely tasty. No pictures.

^This picture came through into life..all the while it was only found in the Sejarah Textbooks.

^This is the statue of Admiral Zheng He.

^This place too became a reality.

^A distant view of Eye Of Malaysia...or is it Eye on Malaysia?? hmm..

^The Beast & the Harlot in the City of Evil...note in the writings, the occupation of the deceased as a "merchant" and "captain" ahhah

^I think this is St. Paul.
^Japanese high school students...A LOT. I'm telling you, (fux the max!) I'm excited to see them(girls). But I had an experience there which then I identified them as Jipunas..I ain't writing it here. Ladies, don't bother to be curious I wouldn't want to let you people know. hahahaha

We had lunch at one of the very famous shop which serves Baba Nyonya delicacies from cendol to nasi lemak. We all had nasi lemak, laksa and cendol. All santan-based recipe. Total stomach euphoria. Of course I did buy gifts for people back at Penang. We went on to Makhota Parade shopping mall. Great place..cool. Balik rumah mandi pergi makan malam dengan ayah dan adik si kawan. It's something like bak kut teh..but no it's not, with pork meat and small intestines..in hokkien, hoon cheong. And then we walked on to the roads there which are named Jonker Walk, Taufu Walk..etc(i think so)..similar to Petaling Street night market. After that...

Clubbing. At The Office. Pure Bar was too crowded and packed. #$%^&*(*&^%$#$%^&^%$#$%^& fux &^%$%^&*()*&^%$#$%^& I love the place. It's not usual like dance party clubbing, it's more of a leisure slow-burn clubbing but there are still people who were high and dancing. The waitresses all are dressed in office outfits...sexy. The chicks there...hot and cold. And I'm all hyped up, as I was served by 3 ladies. The music is LOUD so we have to talk(or shout) to the ears..that's the fux, communicating with them ear-to-ear so near(I can feel the ear and the lips..). AH, I can't forget that, man...my first club. 1 bucket of Tuborg. Muahah my friend said he's not bringing me along anymore next time because all the ladies approached only me muahah I'm telling you, I love it.
^So dark..

Oh ya there's prostitutes too luring rich men there...and one successfully caught one. My friend knows how to identify them..body language. Hot and slutty. Lepas tu balik rumah buat si-eh lagi tidur...

The next day, in fact before the next dawn at 5am. The stomach melancholy begun. Terrible stomach ache and food poisoning. The worst/best in my life to date. Toilet was my company of the day. oh the bed too. Porridge and Buns became the meals. Sigh, what's with me with new holiday places. Always. Enough, I don't want to remember the pain here...

Back to campus the next day because other friends were in pain too.
@$$#$%^&*

Melaka is great. Penang and Melaka the two "tak berkutu" states. Even Penang State CM came from Melaka. Fux

Homework homework assignment assignment sports workout rest...

Oh ya.. I got an old album of Lost Prophets - Start Something from there, one that I couldn't find in most shops.

{Advice...Clubbing destroys the heart. The music destroys the ear drums. Drinking destroys the liver. Smoking destroys the lungs. Unprotected ONS destroys the body. Excesses lead to a slow and young demise. Don't go over the line...for leisure once a while it's ok but be conscientious. I'm telling this to myself...but it's a live fast, die young hedonistic cult..huh}

[All the photos were taken by my handphone and some of them have been downsized, the proper size of the photo uploaded is under the link]

25. Jungle Paradise

Personal/Friends & Family
Outdated post but updated altogether.
wana know something? I grew fatter. The humongus amount of carbos and spicy stuffs they went to build up above my 6-packs. Nope, actually no difference, plus minus with sicknesses..

ok, 1 month has passed. Or 4 weeks. Pretty fast. Cash also runs out pretty fast. So I use Jonathan's budget plan of RM10 a day. It's good. Breakfast on food that can be found in the room including red ants. And Rm5 control on each, lunch and dinner. It's rather quite hard because the dishes we get to choose everyday is not bad and they cost a lot. For your information, the food stall is handled by KLAS(KUala Lumpur Air Services..i think so) and some other company and they cook Nasi Melayu with Melayu dishes. A lot of choices. Opposite our campus, there's this Hassan Seafood(how ironic, a seafood stall in the middle of a jungle) which sells good and affordable malay food.

We have Soho shops too on the way to the campus. Soho mini market. Just a name.

I repeat, Jenderam Hulu. Not Kuala Lumpur. HAH

4 weeks. 3 Midvalley trips. 2 KLCC. 1 Subang Jaya. Countless Bangi and Kajang rounds. Endless commuter train sittings. Longest was to Subang...2 hours for RM4.70. Good ol' KTM. Sometimes good at times bad. Good is either when you have plenty of seats or space to sit or stand and relax OR there are pretty/beautiful/sexy girls/ladies to scope. Really. Really, when you have nothing to do you just enjoy the view, scoping is my passion's killing floor. Bad is when the coach is already filled up with humans and there are so many more humans who want to join the cram-and-bang-ass mardi gras in the train. They just go in and push, and push with the train's momentum. So sexy/pretty/beautiful girls/ladies or girlfriends/wives please try not to join the "party". Better late than being touched.. hah

[chicks..beside the KTM station]

I think deprivation of pork eating induces excess production of libido. hahaha so we have to go Kajang get our pork. No, maybe getting our pork increases the production..haha

Movies covered:
-Dark Knight
-Red Cliff pt.1

Watched Dark Knight with Wilson(Labuan Tai lou) and Ben(Kuching school Drum Major)...Borneo kids. heh. Then Red Cliff with Jona, Cynthia, YW and Hon Mun(this one YW brought along, Penang guy oso).

Aha, now(so far) we are armed with 2 Penang Free School(Old Frees) friends. One is a fellow classmate and another a senior here(both were seniors in our alma mater). I can recognize this senior and he actually has a PPL(Private Pilot License) already with the Eagle(some model) light aircraft.

Tribute
..deprived...

My newly bought book from Kinokuniya, Simple Science of Flight by Prof. Henk Tennekes and Jonathan's newly bought model of A380.
I like not-so-thick simple yet detailed and interestingly meaningful books. Targetting book on Thermodynamics...will search and purchase next time.

[My dict. and novel(which hasn't been completed after 4 years of attempt).. and a borrowed one from the library.]

[Also recently borrowed for leisure and long-term information(especially the right one), I think I will go get the similar one(or exact, "not-so-thick simple yet detailed and interestingly meaningful") also next time.]

Road to MIAT.

Entrance.

From the inside.

The billboard, at night.

woo...woot! Last hour of the Animefest organized and held in Taylor's University College(YW eh territory).
[The cosplayers dancing.]

The 3rd standing from right was vkei Mana(Malize Mizer/Moi Dix Mois) cosplayed by a girl. Damn chun(duno how she look lik oso without the 10mm thick make-up). I should have taken a photo with her...but nvm..hah YW ah, intro a bit hehe. And I played YW's rented drums! so pucking awesome! I for the first time have a small audience watching me play without drumsticks...and they were girls =D
And this is my room mate. The position upon waking up. No, it's morning prayers... XD it's Jonathan
Few days after writing this finish, I went to Kinokuniya again with friends and bought a new book...
Here's the new twist... no, I mean add-on. haha

I came back to the island on 9th, precisely at 3am. Short complicated event happened to us with the bus... so ended up coming back so late(or rather so early of the day). Slept at 6am. Woke up at 11.30am. Alamak... Meng Jon was waiting at Gurney already. Good friend, super punctual. Where was I? Oh, still in pyjamas at home. So I went to Gurney.

A Gurney trip after erm..5 weeks maybe.. the girls kinda improved isit?? not bad eh.. Or my eyes opened wider after seeing KL ones..who knows. So, I finally...wonderfully...happily...gladly meet up with Jon and Hooi, gf included. Ah...wat a nice reunion. Sad at the same time. It's just not so same anymore back there(Penang) with the people. It's just not the nice it intended to be. God or Stresser's God knows maybe but who else knows?

Never mind, humans invented the clock and the watch. Therefore, there is time. I believe in time. Lives and deaths go with time. That suggests flow. Followed by changes. Ultimately, improvement/degradation. Who cares..

So it's nice...it's really nice to be back. To see smiles. To see my family. Surprised my aunts... To pray for my grandparents, such coincidence and ya, met my grandpa's sister who is 97 years old woohoo as she sits on the wheelchair waving to us goodbye to the exit of the place like Queen Elizabeth haha. To meet friends. To taste the homecook food. To smell the island air. To drive my Viva. To bang my bolster. To touch my bed. To play my guitar. Just as I stepped foot onto my home compound, I felt as if 2 days have passed since I left. Really, home is really home. Though my hostel room is my new love. To see the same old buildings again. It was only 5 weeks...wth. Yes, I like to fly high and soar into freedom but no matter how far I teleport I will still come back someday. The malay proverb would be the one saying about the bangau is it?..think so..

Anyway, that's all. Heavy workload coming soon. Bye again.

12. A Trip to Hell & Void

Stress-talk/Ideals/Personal

Greetings, here is a post came straight from my dream. No source of inspiration but only source of stress, horror and joy. I uploaded therewith new songs which I hope you will leave my page on for some time to listen to them. No, I do not earn money from you staying any longer here or any frequent visits.

And...wth, Scott Weiland left Velvet Revolver. I haven't even got the latest Libertad album yet... it's sad and in another way maybe shedding some light, they could just find somebody more concrete in the vocals. Taking up Sebastian Bach may relive Guns N' Roses' style huh. Buckcherry vocalist? Here is a link to the news: http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1584599/20080401/velvet_revolver.jhtml. Anyway, why were vocalists always the main issue when band disbands, someone left the band or someone is fired. The same kind of thing happened to Guns N' Roses and Nightwish(can read the fire letter here: http://www.brokenteeth.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=270 but LimpBizkit is a little different, Wes who was the guitarist left himself but already returned.

A Feat. I finished a game. Samurai Legend Musashi. My gameplay time is 38 hours. My brother did it 21 hours. So you know not a skilful gamer I am. Embarked on a new game, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Sucks a bit on PS2 because of its control-like Counter Strike-I would do very good if playing it on a computer with mouse. I played the game for 2 hours non-stop and developed headache and some sort of nauseous feeling. Ok, some say it's vomit-inducing to watch Cloverfield so I guess this has the same cause. The camera keeps moving up, down, left, right, strafe left, right, shoot, being shot, demo, being demo and ordering a partner around, helping out the reconnaissance and engage on a special tactic combat. At the end of a mission, a report will be given on how many killed, how many killed stealthily how accurate my shooting is and thus awarding points.

On one night before he was tricked into clicking a porn website link by a friend, Mr. Woon Wei Tong a.k.a Old Man, my former form 5 Cekal assistant class monitor a.k.a the monitor gave me a youtube link to a 25 minutes long video of Pangea Day. Inspiring, yes I like global peace messages even though I am all-talk-no-cock peace activist. So, I prepared a draft for a post on Pangea. Not ready.

Part I
SO, I'll get to the intended post title point. Hell to dream world means nightmare. I dedicate this to my brain. Nightmares. Do you have nightmares? Do you wake up from a nightmare like in the TV-wake up gasping for 21% air content of oxygen and cold sweating? Or do you wake up dead? Nobody knows about wake up dead huh.. I wouldn't like it if you come telling me how it feels like waking up dead unless you're a successful resurrection(not undead). Or actually, have you been to hell and back? Nobody has ever come back to Mother Earth to tell the experience in hell(don't count medium's god conversation in trance). So I give a fresh definition of hell, in a nightmare. A nightmare can be defined as a bad dream or a bad experience. We always view hell as fiery with devils whipping(why is the fire element portrayed in hell?). And sometimes going through a tough time can make you say, "It's hell being in a relationship with her". So the term hell here is something real negative in most perspectives or grueling or scary. Alright, straight to the world of dreams and nightmare a.k.a hell.

I once read a malay folklore about not washing the feet before sleeping will induce nightmare. For my case, I don't know... maybe I forgot to brush my teeth or just a tiny food particle still stuck in a tiny crevice. Even just 10 minutes will have me dreaming of something whether it's good or bad, there was once I dreamt of talking to my crush in my 20 minutes nap. I usually wake up sweating because of the Malaysia climate and weather.

And what are nightmares trying to tell us? Our fears. Our nemesis, I'd say. Let's take for an example, you used to like to scope a girl so in a "nightmare" you would be caught for scoping girls. Dreams are our subconscious lives. What we want, what we don't what or what happens, what happened and what's going to happen. So dreams deal with our sleeping conscience. We could slip too, that's what usually happens when you fall in a dream, you ended up falling from bed or kicking your leg or make a sudden jerking movement in a midst of your sleep. In Hokkien, we call it, "pa toh longkang". I always have it when I sleep in the car. I heard from people saying according to their own theory or some scientific fact, usually falling from the sky or drowning in dreams are result of the body lapsing into a state of rest where it does not feel so much anymore on the bed. So, imagine your nerves tell you that you are lying straight floating with no support underneath you. You will in reflex action quickly struggle or go panic like drowning trying to reach for something. Get the idea? Falling from the sky, how nice. I've had jumping off building dreams quite a number of times. Landing means waking up from sleep for sure. I don't wake up dead, I just went to hell and back. haah

Let me just elaborate or briefly tell you what I had in a nightmare last week. I made a inference that my nightmare was caused by playing a first-person shooting game with horrible looking creature enemies and bloodshed, Serious Sam 2 with Jon and Hooi. And my Editorial Board juniors not doing well in their duties. Here, the outline of my hell: Ugly mutations of monkeys gone wild on our Earth. They can talk. They are result of uncontrolled interspecies mating spree. There is one species(I even remember the name given in my nightmare) called the Neighing Monkey. It has insect eyes, no mouth and make horse sounds plus they attack viciously on humans. Another type can talk and they practically live on my grandfather's rambutan tree. wth. Speaking and threatening me in my own home compound. Another scene was in a courthouse in a a big building. There, my EdBod juniors gave in to a hearing for some case. I was so f* furious on why they just walk away like that cause the whole team to lose. Outside the building you have that kind of Cloverfield monster's attacking environment. Then, I went back to my house and saw my crush and her friend in my keyboard room doing their homework. wth. I have countless dreams of having her in my house so no surprise. That just explains my longing for her.
[The Scream by artist Edvard Munch]
The whole thing explains my eccentricity?? in dreaming. No, brainsick maybe.. or demented. Normal case, a sick person will tell you he's ok but in reality maybe he's not.

Part II
That's for what happened and what happens. What about what is going to happen? Is it still based on what we experience in life? I mean, we predict in life? Or being clairvoyant. Or omen. I would say omen. I have something which I finally want to share in public. Maybe(hopefully) if you have such encounter you would feel not lonely and might want to share with me, which I also think it's plausible... you guys are not as "crazy" as me. I have these scary nerve-wrecking omen telling dreams. And, it is so true that I fear I dream of that omen and because it signifies death. I'm sorry I am writing on deaths now. You know Harry Potter, the black dog symbol signifies death. Yeah, it's the exact same thing in my nightmares and dreams. No, it can't be resolved to watching too much cartoons, movies or read too much fantasy books. It's so hell f* coincidental. Maybe I dreamt of that thing but I didn't receive any news it may just had happened to other people other place not related to me.

This happens in 2004. A series of events chained and foretold in a world of fantasy. But ended in a disturbing and unpleasant horridness. A trepidation worth not remembering. 1st encounter: I dreamt of this big rottweiler(dog) the size of an adult bear. It was chasing me and two other friends. In the end we gone our own separate ways so the creature couldn't get us all at once. I met my father and fled in the car. OK, back to reality. Next day, I received a phone call. My uncle passed away. Of course I didn't know of the link back then. And then found out that one friend who was in my dream too, broke his toes. Another friend, bought a mask. This connection is a little bit funny but I just take them into account so it would be more interesting and not just the gloom of my uncle's untimely death.

That was the first. Of course(again) every time after I had a dream of the black creature I don't go thinking myself the creeps of knowing that someone is going to die. I just got this conclusion after several brain "storming" and "digging" to connect the events. As I can remember, the omen came to me for the deaths of my great grand aunt(or is it grand aunt), stepgrandmother and....hopefully that's all... Basically, that's all about nightmares I would like to write on about.

Furthermore, a lot of my dreams actually foretell certain desire achievements. You know, I've always wanted to own an electric guitar and I always dreamt of my friends having them but never myself. Yeah, I still don't have one. I did actually dreamt of me playing one once, maybe it's not mine and hell, the guitar that appeared in my dream was exactly the guitar I drew on my exam question paper based on a real guitar. Cheers to dreams and nightmares. A toast to Morpheus, God of Dreams. I did a personality test somewhere in the net, and the result shows that I am more like Morpheus. So that's it, I'm a avid daydreamer after all...

XD

"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die." says the Lord - John Chapter 11, Verse 25 - 26
I came across this excerpt in the newspaper and I find it amusing. I feel power and godly reading it. hah. There is a hidden meaning behind my words... so read between the lines.

I can prove that God exists almost everywhere or He can be anywhere.
1. When you enter a cubicle you saw the toilet unflushed with floating objects, you say "OMG, uwekk... wth broken flush."
2. When you walk your car and search for your keys you say "OMG, where's my keys?"
3. After you bathed at the public shower room you say, "Omg wth someone stole my clothes!"
4. As you look through the school exam questions you whisper, "oh god, I didn't study."
Whole lot more of everyday life incidents where you apply the term 'God' you will come across it. haha Isn't it true?

haah Just yesterday I forgot to bring my towel into the bathroom I have to resort to walking out naked and dripping wet. I didn't say OMG, I uttered a loud "SH*T". That's it. Cheers.

8. Inspiration

Ideals
With respect to Hooi's post on music.
What a serendipity... he posted on music then I got inspired to write something only to find out that Ye-Wheen wants to write about it too.
I am listening to Kevin Kern's Through The Arbor and Pastel Reflections from Hooi's blog. I recommend that you pay a weekly visit, at least to his blog to get jabs of different moods and styles of music using his music playing program. He will exhibit out-of-your-mind songs from time to time, surreal. This is a great way of enjoying music. Get different tastes from different people by sharing it through the net.

So, I will ramble on on the this title Inspiration. "Music. The best form of art, language, hobby that I have discovered in this word", quoted from Hooi. I would say music induces orgasm too. Especially sound barrier breaking guitar juicy solo. It's truly amazing how music evolves from 10000 BC to this very 2008 AD from Classical to Metal. Haah, let me write a little bit about that. You have Neo Classical if combine them huh, a really good one. In short, these two styles are still music. I don't care what the Mother Earth you want to brand Rock and Metal as noise. I think some modern mainstream pop songs are so much noisier than certain rock songs. But I do still respect you people who kinda put up with the Linkin Park "noise" I blasted through the speakers everyday a few years ago particularly, my family members who actually commended on some of the songs. See? Good music listeners have their say. No, not really good music but I mean music listeners who are good. In my opinion, noisy music is music which put all the technological synthesized from the studio digital audio mixing. There you have, modern mixing like the one you always hear in radio, salute to Limp Bizkit for critisizing radios. Like global crisis, combine acid rain and global warming. Yes, just like that, music, maybe, running out of notes or just plain dumb radio airing senseless music. Ok, I try not to criticise music too much, come on we music lovers should appreciate music right?

Well, yeah. Let us revel in the celebration for music evolution. Open up your mind, try not be over-sensitive and keep an ear on changes. I am sorry for the lala style, I just can't stand the overwhelming clonings of it. But never mind, we're all humans. Take for example, also thanks to Hooi who showed me this song, In My Life. It's a Beatles cover by Ozzy Osbourne. Hell yeah. A dark metal rockstar reproducing a timeless classic. Respect. I would love to see Mozart reincarnate playing Megadeth songs. No, not John Sebastian Bach with the song (Love Is) A Bitchslap [feat. Axl Rose] which I downloaded from Adelyn thinking that it's a Baroque piece. He's just the namesake hard rocker. SHARING MUSIC IS GOOD[thanks to Hooi, Ye-Wheen and Ade for sharing music. They are my top resources, not forgetting Torrentz] Mainstream or non-mainstream music, still music just segregated by the popular majority demand. I would love also to see Slipknot bombing the Grammy Awards stage. Maybe in the next 40 years we rock lovers will be an example of old men and women who headbang. We can't see much of that yet because music evolution is still under the test of time and soon new generations would show different interests. I ain't like hearing you rockers saying, "oh I am old already... should listen to slow songs". I want to see elders and white-haired wrinkled folks attending rock concerts.

So this is the problem, some music become well-known and some music obscure and unappreciated. Radio actually plays a vital part in spreading music. Playing the same old overrated songs just keep the independent scenes from being heard. But when a radio plays an entire full scale of local music or a a particular style, people don't appreciate and thus ostracizing that frequency. Another thing is the music stores, Tower Records(talking about Penang big stores) is alright, plenty of classic albums. But still, no Japanese Rock albums. In the Jap corner, I saw Rain(korean) and JJ Lin(chinese)... what is happening?

I have a problem now, stress of catching up with good music. Timeless, classical, modern or japanese... I am digging out old songs and at the same time coping with trying out new releases. Like Hooi said, will we have enough time to enjoy good music before the grave is dug for us? Yeah, so I am appreciating music, maybe in a different manner.

Music is a source of inspiration, obviously but maybe not to people who actually don't bother about music at all which I do believe they exist but come on, even the friend beside you who is yapping sounds like rapping and someone frying egg sounds like cymbals and keyboards . Music influences and leaves a pothole so you trip and fall only to aspire to wake up and reach for higher heights. And, music enjoying just gets better for me now. I don't know if it's because my itchy hands playing with the speaker equalizer boosting usually unheard melodies or did my brother change the sound card? Same old computer speakers which are almost 10 years old.

Spoiler to those who haven't watch the movie, Ironman. This movie is good or to say great is still an understatement, let's just put it as a commendable tour de force. Wait, not only the actions and story. The music. I am truly happy to watch a movie which plays rock songs, haha. The movie opens with Back In Black by AC/DC and ends with Ironman by Black Sabbath which are the songs I can recognize. Yes, there's a few song really good rock songs played through out the movie especially the one when Tony gets ready with the suit being fixed onto him.

Yeah, ya can see that I'm inclined towards classic rock/metal scenes but not-so-fortunately I was born after the 80s' revolutionizing into 90s' time so I am taking every effort(at least by downloading) to suck them into my soul as I still walk this Earth haah. Yes, Hooi I agree radio in the past plays awesome stuffs and whole lotta love for serious musicians who speak through their songs. A handful of new modern songs are good too la dun worry.

Let's put an end, the final. I end by saying, "For Those About To Rock, I salute you" but remember to persevere, for it's also a long way to the top. We rockers and want-to-bes(wannabes sound a bit offensive to me) are soldiers of the wasteland striving to be heard but you know what, I beg please don't go over-airing and over-publicizing good music in the radio. See what happened to Britney Spears. She used to inspire me. Christina Aguilera survived huh and hmm...what is happening to Hilary Duff. Nevertheless, I welcome you to listen to this, Rage Against The Machine - Renegades Of Funk, a cover song originally performed by Afrika Bambaataa & The Soul Sonic Force. Go get the lyrics to inspire you.

[Inspirations bled: Led Zeppelin - Ramble On, Dir En Grey - The Final, AC/CD - For Those About To Rock(We Salute You), AC/DC - It's A Long Way To The Top, Dragonforce - Soldiers Of The Wasteland, Led Zeppelin - Whole Lotta love]

6. Selection, Kerachut, Party, Hikathon, Mourning & Doughnuts

Friends & Families
The other title for this post would be SHANDY WITHDRAWAL
The song Drowning Pool - Tear Away just ended and Sum 41 - Still Waiting plays, I skipped it and Abba - S.O.S is playing.

For those who missed and already lazy to scroll down to read my post on Booby Trap, here it is. Lynn Anderson - Blue Bayou is playing now. And then... m*lei Samsons - Kenangan Yang Terindah.

UPDATE: For those who had read this post, be updated by looking for the sentences in white(except date and title). I think I am lazy to post photos and videos. But if I do, I will post update.

April 17th - MIAT Test & Interview Day
Venue is at Pejabat Mara. I wore my oversized long-sleeved shirt and slacks and brought with me my Free School tie(so proud of it, but I didn't wash it so there's dirty spots). Meet up with Jonathan. IQ test session. First 5 questions were English word meanings, next 5 were basic physics calculations and so on IQ related questions. There were 50 questions and we were expected to finish them in 30 minutes time...obviously we're not geniuses. I blindly shot last 10 questions due to insufficient time(I'm shaking inside, the room is soooo cold, even with long sleeves). Next is the interview. It went fine and there went my certified true copies of certificates to the lecturers. Later in the day, Hooi, Meng Jon and I went to Botanical Gardens to warm before our Kerachut trip. We ended up hiking up to Point 46. Jon almost got lost but come on, his muscles were not invisible to be spotted by passers-by. Our leg muscles were freaking pumped up. aha, I wore weights and hiked ok. We cancelled the Kerachut trip because of potong stim reasons but by 12am the trip was set to on again due to certain stim reasons.

[Avenged Sevenfold - Critical Acclaim just played followed by Charlie Clouser - Hello Zepp and now Boxcar Racer - There Is]

April 18th - Kerachut Hike & Beach Trip
Departed at 9.30am. Stopped by at 7Eleven to buy drinks and food for lunch. Chauffeur of the day is Mr. Ng Khang Yang driving a powerful manual transmission white legendary drifting Proton Saga who led us to the end of the world(yes, the name of the place is End of the World, at Teluk Bahang a few hundred metres from Muka Head). Hike started at 10.20am(can you imagine young men like Hooi, Jon and I actually hiked twice in 24 hours). Ended one hour later at 11.20am sharp. It's a first time hike for Ye-Wheen and he made it through without breaking a sweat(I'm so proud of him). Also the first time visit to Pantai Kerachut for Jon, Hooi and YW. erh, I don't need to put so much details here ok, just usual boys' beach activities. The highlights were Hooi's Divebombs, YW's headbang somersault(YW, you still doing it huh since ebod room days), my burial in sand with stick and fruits, Jon's Olympic swimming rounds and KY's saltwater drinking. YW actually did a real headbang somersault which landed him headfirst onto the seabed. As usual, he woke up laughing as if he watched Hannibal suffocating his victim underwater. I was the only one topless while leisuring at the beach. That also explained why I was the only smothered with very minor body sunburns. We found out our truths, we were afraid of crocodiles and anacondas. The walk back barefooted to our campsite was a trip to hell and back, the seemingly soft beach surface teemed with stove-hot boiled sand, shattered sea shells, spiky conifers and for me, my already hell-scarred foot sole(I had earlier ran through them and it's just like stepping on glass shards). Then, we had lunch. Bread, tuna, egg, luncheon meat, rollercoaster rings, nyonya kuih and pistachio nuts. After an hour or less of nap we left the beach by boat with a cost of RM10 per person back at 3.45pm. Headed to Restoran Padang Kota Lama(our lao ti fang) at esplanade to have our tea time. Mee Sotong, Coconut Shake Drink and Ais Kacang. Then, we moved our asses to Dewan Sri Pinang to meet some pretty girls(the girls of JKJK gang), YW and I actually needed the toilet too for some bladder and stomach action. So, a few slaps and shoutings occured, and then followed by hugs, aww... friendship just can't be certified without some hehe; even spanking a male friend approves friendship. ok, enough enough back. Back home.

Make your way to the Inner Sanctum and Nahhhh. for more details and different side of stories of our Kerachut trip. Wait if they haven't posted it up yet. If you would, then keep updated for this part of post I will change the links directly to their updates. There, here is Ye-Wheen's side of the Kerachut trip.

Cancelled - uploading of videos and photos.

[oh many songs played, Avenged Sevenfold - Beast & the Harlot playing now. And then Rage Against The Machine - Guerilla Radio]

April 19th - Yik Sean's House Warming Party (a.k.a nutmeg celebration hehe)
Slept till 12pm. Had cereal for breakfast. Had fried rice for lunch. Bathed. Back to sleep. (zzzzzz... fast-forwarded) There we were at Yik Sean's nutmeg estate eh no, I mean his house. A buffet party. I thought the food choices were not as many as you would see in hotel but the quality is top-notch for my taste. oh, my gang was me, YW, Hooi, Jon, Jonathan and Khang Yang. Why the gang? Why the segregation when we are all friends? I mean, you can see boys mix with boys only and girls at another table mixing with only females. Exception for Joel's wife. We all saw the man!!! Then we played cards and drank Anglia Shandy which KY stresses that the label read "mengandungi tidak lebih daripada 1.0% alkohol" so to gain our confidence in him to drive us home. The victim would be the passenger sitting beside him in the car. Exchange of goodbye and thank you greetings took place as we made our way out from the house. We were sent by Mr. Joel Lim Shyang Jun(our ex-chauffeur), Yik Sean and his parents. Very warm and welcoming people they are. Shandy withdrawal symptoms showing up. Queasiness and headache. It's just plain water mild boozing and partying so... urh head for the shower and bed. Total shut eye began at 3am. Timed to wake up at 6am. 3 hours to rest before the big day

April 20th - Hikathon(confession of the muscles sinews)
Father saved me from dying in my dre-.. nightmare, very horrifying. Left home at 7.10am to head for the battlefield, Youth Park. My comrade was Mr. Kang Chin Hooi. Donning the Hikathon attire; plus Saw DVD in my bag and Horlicks sweets in Hooi's pouch, we got ready at the Starting Grid, but not the front line. Flagged off at 8am sharp. Sweeeet... no one cheering for us(not even boys). The route was muddy and slippery but that didn't deter us from downtuning our pace. A few overtakings took place, we got the proud and great feeling when overtaking because it showed that we're faster and please make way for us. I gladly brand myself as the Uphill King as I have so much energy stored and efficiently combusted to retain the adrenaline rush when battling the arduous gradient of Bukit Cendana. On the other hand, I gave the title Downhill King to Hooi for he virtually teleported so much further from me and literally disappeared out of my field vision after he managed to overtake a handful of "tractors" and "steamrollers" who actually dragged us along behind a lot. But in the end, my ass cracked and released the chemicals "The Booster" and "I-Cant-Feel-Tired". Crossed the finishing line and was ahead of Hooi by 7 places. We clocked 1 hour 30 minutes for this approximately 9km stint. The time limit was actually 3 hours. So we received a certificate each for finishing on time. One of the winners was a 72 years old man. I also heard another winner which I thought was the best finished in 40 minutes time. Respect. Shandy Withdrawal resumed. Sorry to disappoint my friends(the JKJK girls) again... was invited to go watch their play at Dewan Sri Pinang, but I didn't go. At least KY went with Meng Jon. Still, I feel bad, I was always like this too. Turning down invitations is just me. More disappointments will occur I presume and ultimately I know it will hit back on me. Oh, here it is you can take a look at the brochure map for the hikathon, courtesy of www.pac.com.my
XD
Oh, yeah I don't know what happened to him. When I looked at him, he looked pale, cold and wet. He seemed to be dead. I was mourning after finishing the hikathon. I dismantled him and wiped him dry and let him dry under the sun. So disheartened. He is my mobile phone. Maybe my bottle spilled water in my bag or just the misty and wet condition during the hike up the hill. It didn't respond either. But 9 hours later, it woke up. ahh...relieved. But his face is clammy. ah...I don't have to tell you about him so much. For the time being I am using my spare phone so no problem. Not anymore. He's awake but his screen lights are a little bit blown.
XD
Alrighty, other than Roti Canai, I like... Donuts! I really liked them. ok I sound like a girl now confessing about his/her favourite stuffs. My super favourite is Dunkin' Donuts but I guess I won't be so obsessed with it anymore for maybe these few years or for life because erh... I had so much of it when I was not really in need of them way back in Genting last year. Hooi and I bought a box of 12 pieces to treat our friends but there was lack of team work. So both of us had to struggle to finish them, pity Hooi who suffered more than me. And then 2 weeks ago, this sweet girl whose name is Ms Tan Kai Wen(1/4 of the JKJK gang) brought KY and me donuts back from Dunkin' Donuts. I had them for supper. And tonight, I bought one piece from Queensbay, no not Missy Donut(not very good yet not affordable) but Jusco bakery. Eaten half, again it's tongue-job. Saved the other half for breakfast. ok, thats' all about me and donuts. huh..a lot of mentions of JKJK. Ok, let me introduce to you if you haven't know, JKJK gang comprises of two sweet girls and two unemployed Mister Universe-more-than-man men members. They are Janina, Kai Wen, Khang Yang(occupied already)and me(still single) the cold and cool one. And I'd love to copy some people's phrase(I am sorry if any of my close friends actually used it; I advocate the strong opposition on behaving like that but I have no right to teach you, your style ok), *Be Jealous.
hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Ok again, I am kinda reliving my interest in listening to Limp Bizkit. Special thanks to Fred, Sam, John, Lethal and Wes for creating such mosh-pit music genre. So I hereby attach a video for your viewing and listening pleasure. I present you, Limp Bizkit - Rearranged from the album Significant Other. Enjoy dudes & babes.

5. BOOBy Trap

Ideals
What is the definition of booby trap? Or rather what do you comprehend of the term?

To me and friends, it means a set of accident-causing reagents. Let's find out more about the reagents, catalysts and stressors...

Aim: To identify the booby trap that exist
Problem Statement: What does it mean by booby trap?
Hypothesis: Booby trap causes accident
Variables:
M V:
Girl wearing 3-size-smaller clothing, girl wearing oversized clothing(cleavage not revealed)
R V: An accident
F V: The girl(pretty, sexy and slim), car travelling at the same speed, driver and passengers maintain normal conversation, very civic-conscious(signals are used and traffic laws and rules are obeyed) traffic with occasional stops
Materials/apparatus: Sexy clothing, loose clothing, car, other cars, pedestrians
Technique: Recording the consciousness and concentration of the driver and passengers and witnessing the accident if any
Procedure:
1. Drive the car. Chat with people in the car.
2. Place a girl wearing the oversized clothing at the roadside. Let her walk.
3. Let pedestrians walk across the road and other cars making sudden stops or doing reversing which cause the traffic to slow down and eventually stop if necessary.
4. Observe and watch what happens. Record the results.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 by replacing the girl's clothing to the super fitting size.
Results:
First test showed negative result. No accident occurred. The driver took a glance at the girl and then quickly shifted his view and concentration back at the road. The driver safely slowed down and eventually came to a safe stop.
Second test showed positive result. An accident occurred. The driver took a glance at the girl and then quickly shifted his view back at the road but turned his head back again to look at the girl(eyes were opened wider too). Conversation was sidetracked, admiring the girl lecherously such as "waaa, hot!", "waaa, look at that!" and "waaa leima, tualiap lo k*nineh!". One of the passenger went paused to his amazement and the other suddenly shouted to his horror, "OIIII! GOT CAR IN FRONT!!!". The driver then shifted his body position to face the steering wheel and the direction of his driving lane in a speed faster than the speed of sound. However, it was too late. The car rammed into the back of the other car which was in the middle of the road reversing to get into the lane.
(Positivity and negativity are relative to the hypothesis of the experiment conducted)

Conclusion: Booby trap causes accident. Booby trap is a natural phenomenon whereby an attractive figure appears out of nowhere and catches attention greatly in the event that if victims are to be caught unwary they are to face the consequences themselves and eventually catalyses following distasteful events which lead to death ultimately, if the circumstance where the booby trap prevail is hazardous, e.g. busy traffic.

XD

That is a brief evidence I have to describe about "booby trap". The second result is actually a reenactment of what I experienced except that the accident did not happen, the car was stopped dangerously but still managed to safely pull out from accident. I was merely the person who went paused. It is a little bit exaggerated ok...don't take it too seriously, we are still sane, safe and sound. It's kinda stressful huh..trying so hard to concentrate on driving when suddenly something that is so sweet to the eyes tempt us. hehe

This post is in no intention to offend any party in the use of words such as "girl", "tight clothing", "oversized clothing", "cleavage", "pretty", "slim", "sexy" and some other lewd expressions used.

Laugh out loud people...and LTMAC is my version, short for Laughing Till My Ass Crack.

2. Patience

As Axl Rose sings in Guns N' Roses' "Patience", "Said woman take it slow; It'll work itself out fine; All we need is just a little patience; Said sugar make it slow; And we'll come together fine; All we need is just a little patience" and "Sometimes, I get so tense but I can't speed up the time; But you know, love, there's one more thing to consider; Said woman take it slow; Things will be just fine; You and I'll just use a little patience; Said sugar take the time". So patience, people.

My dream is not a playground. My dream is not a street. My street is also not a toilet. So, don't expect updates(new posts) like you walk into a toilet to sit and shit or pee. You know, you don't remember dreams easily. It takes time for me to recollect and place the pieces together plus procrastination, distractions and stress. But since I have gained permit to open my dream world for public visiting I vow not to vow to make a deal with myself to display my physical/mental activities in words(will try take pictures too) as regular as possible, like once every week.
