101. Kickstart Fitness + The 4th String Ensemble

Personal/Ideals
This post is supposed to be written a few weeks ago or so in the month of January. But it's mid-February already. Doesn't matter so much. But the feel is lost a little. Mundane.

So there are ambitions there are dreams there are daydreams there are goals and targets. We all have one or more. I have all but I am flexible about how I achieve. With bad discipline and irregular consistency. Wise man says, "you can't go far like that". But I want to enjoy as much living in my own most interesting ways. Successful people might say, "you ain't enjoying like that because you ain't achieving - you're just playing around - no commitment".

I was plain and goalless. I only breathed and functioned like fated. I realised fate is just a word to convince the unfortunate that someone out there caused the unfortunate. It's still a practical word but I rather not live on that. I stood up and grabbed my own puppet strings and orchestrate me myself.

But this current living ~ the 21st century modern civilisation on Earth is fast and competitive. I just started to like a couple of things/activities and it seems that the best thing for me to do now is enjoy the passion, support and take them as hobbies only. I succumbed to a lot of these lost dreams.

I would also say to myself that it's never too late to start. Yes it's never too late to start and be good in it but never in the top level. Cos like I said this current world is fast and competitive. At my age, I'm no more of that productivity/standard-be-able-to-achieve level of performance.

Cos I just started liking them it's like new found passion. But yes, it's never too late to take them up and for practise. But not of competition level anymore. I will leave that to my dreams or start my children young on them great activities. I don't want them to be idle like how I used to be some 5-10 years ago. I don't blame my parents. Parents are not to be blamed. The best thing for them to do is exposure and encouragement and that's only if they are aware of it. They are not wrong at all. The negative part is when they force, that is when they are overzealous in seeing their kids doing what they want to see the kids doing. Thumbs down.

But thumbs up for my parents for the average living (in malay, we call it kesederhanaan) I was brought up in. I get to explore by myself albeit a little too late or slow for myself. But I enjoy it nevertheless. I think having fun is the most important factor no matter what people say. It's a personal level. But let there be some knowledge and genuine passion. Not as a means.

What I meant, I really love:
1. Football / Sports
2. Playing music

I am very interested in:
3. Mixed martial arts

I am keen on/I can do it:
4. Bodybuilding - fitness

But I ain't like competing in no.4 - but Arnold is really bizarre.

Marathon is the new entry in to the category of no. 1. These are all really motivation-based activities.

Usually these activities are not to be done alone because results are vital and it's natural to compare either to a standard or your partner only we see and encourage improvements.

So yes, I will expose my future children to sports. It's a must... it's healthy and always good. Music, it's healthy and always good - certain music must not apply. Martial arts, always healthy and good. Bodybuilding, it's up to him/her after I show him/her my body lol gyahahaha.

This is the self-recorded and self-standard physical status record.

Height: 164 cm
Weight: 55 kg
Chest: 34 inches
Biceps: 11.5 inches
Thighs: N/A (nah don't really train on this - only running and simple weight curls)

Run
Distance: 5 km
Time: 29 minutes
Average speed: 10.2 km/h

Presses (for chest) - 10kg each arm
Curls (for biceps) - 7.5kg each arm
Push-ups (flat) - 21 times

(As of starting of the year - January/February 2011)

I did 1.5km runs too. The best I did during school days was about 9-10minutes. A recent record during the training for marathon I did about 8 minutes. And the most recent which was a few days ago I did ..the handphone application screwed up.

fakaladingdong it was about 7-8 minutes already after a distance of 1.4km so I pushed faster to get a better time. I swear to whatever freaking god out there I ran 300 metres already the distance still shows 1.4 and it's past 10 minutes.

I believe the application lags sometimes in the update of number. It might update when the distance becomes 1.6 or so in line with the time recorded. It's just that I want the time particularly for 1.5km it disappointed me.

This was probably my best record so far http://youareinmydream.blogspot.com/2010/11/98-progress-run-3-rekindled.html

My 2 hours and 58 minutes in my first 21km marathon is satisfactory but I am very disappointed that I took a freaking 1 hour 20 minutes for the 9.3km mark. Shame wei..own training record was so good at about 30-40 minutes for 6-7 km. It's like another 3km took another 40 minutes.

Ok end of fitness. Next up, my guitar.

I left my guitar at home since going down to KL so I've not played it for 4 weeks. But I found guitars everywhere in almost every crew room at my workplace. So, I get to play a bit of acoustic.

My thinnest string snapped and broke just after 3 days I resumed playing (got it back down here at KL after the cny fest). Got whipped while I was tuning it. Duno why maybe that part which broke was corroded thin already or just weakened by extensive bend of the part of the string.

And since I don't used to change one string only at a time I decided to change the first 3 strings instead of changing all of them since my 4th, 5th and 6th strings are still in a very good condition and I like em gauges 30 44 and 52.

So, I got this...

Dunlop Med/Heavy - Gauges 11 14 17 28 38 50

It's the first time my 1st 3 thin strings increase in gauge. I had been using 10 13 17. So I combine them old GHS Boomers GBTNT 30 44 52 and Dunlop 11 14 17 and give it a reality check.

Result:
I love it.

A broader and slightly mellow tone is produced. This in my opinion is the result of a complete heavier range of string gauge. Standard range is 10 13 17 26 36 46 I think which is quite thin compared to the ones I am using.

The mellowness is ideal as I love to have lower muddy tones in my playing, be it upbeat or dark songs. Especially metal or metal-based style of songs I like to play them in more crunchy and juicy tone. So in my opinion I can get that sound with heavier gauges.

Cos my Tele tone is already naturally thin, I get these thicker strings to beef it up. It works, at least to my ears and heart haha.

I mentioned slightly mellow because I still feel that it's quite bright which is not bad because it still sounds great in any kind of songs I try to play.

So, that's all about my 4th purchase of strings set.

Exercise Report/Summary

Day: Wednesday
Date: 17th November 2010
Time: 1900 hours
Weather: Cool and breezy
Temperature: n/a
Terrain: Tarred road

Location: Nilai
Traffic: Rare
Start: Behind Block D
Course: Back and forth a single straight road between Block D and E
Finish: Behind Block D

Start time: ~1900 hours
Finish time: ~1940 hours

Distance*: 6.3 km
Time*: 37.22.64 mins
Average speed*: 10.1 km/h
Maximum speed*: 16.8 km/h

[*recorded by my phone Fitness application]

Remarks:
1. The run started in the evening where the sun was setting. After the first 15 minutes the lamp posts became the only source of light for the road.
2. Road is wet after a course of drizzle an hour before.
3. The course is level; no uphills or downhills. Only back and forth a road of about 150m in length.
4. The wind is breezy and cool for most of the time which helped in cooling and providing positive airflow for breathing.
5. Pre-exercise diet: Water and half piece of bun from Cinnabon
6. Post-exercise diet: Some kolo mee from Kuching and less than 100ml of Soya milk. Dinner: Neslo and sandwich set (egg+meat+cheese+sausage+fries)

Comments:
This is the coolest ever run besides the events that I have participated in my life. Especially falling upset towards my previous training 4 days ago.

I beat the Run 2's 2.9km in ~16 minutes (ahead by ~3minutes) and at least pushed further to beat Run 1's 5.7km in ~33 minutes (1 minute difference).

But I still can't believe it how good in form I was despite having improperly hydrated in the first run record because it was in the morning I'd not taken much food for energy, the course is hilly and traffic was mild. And that time the sun was rising. This latest run I had was absolutely on straight and level terrain and there is no heat from the sun at all. It was rather boring and there was no variation. The only motivation I had was to kept looking at my stopwatch.

If it was in the morning, I believe I would have continued on the exercise at least until 10-12 km. As my breathing and energy level were in a very good form. Hydration was adequate from the drinking in the day. Food consumption was complete. I was just not motivated to keep running until 8 o'clock at night. It was a run in blindness. Only dim lamp posts and occasional passing-by cars' headlights glaring.

Note: These run progresses are for tests of performance only. Not graded for any use or competition. The Penang Bridge Marathon which I will be participating is 21km in distance to run for my half-marathon category which I selected. Satch blesses I will complete the run gracefully. Earning a podium position is not much of concern but it is the motivation, spirit and faith in finishing well the course and enjoying it as well. A 3 and a half hours limit will be a test to earning a finisher's medal. A 20th place would secure a Bronze medal. bzzt.

Get ready.

3. Cool and breezy wind blowing helps a lot in cooling.
4. Water bottle is brought along this time. Hydration became convenient and regular.
5. Pre-exercise diet: Banana and biscuits
6. Post-exercise diet: Banana, soya milk and cork flakes cereal

Comments:
I am very disappointed and upset with this latest performance. I would rather not record this at all but that's not the point anymore for progress checks. This would serve me as a reminder and a history of a bad result. I could not even last until at least the distance covered in the previous run. I stopped at the time the time record was taken and then I attempted to continue but to no avail. I stopped again just after 2 minutes.

I was prepared. To improve on my performance as I brought with me a bottle of water. I think, it became a burden to hold it through out the course. I believe I ran out of phase and totally lost my rhythm in the energy consumption and breathing right after I was juggling running and drinking at the same time. Basically, I lost coordination with my steps and breathing when I shifted my attention to opening the bottle cap. The first time was not so bad. I think the second attempt to drink when I was already gasping for more air made me stop for a few seconds to drink and swallow.

After that, I just felt like I lost a lot of energy. The feeling of lazy legs surfaced. Eyes went into sleepy mode. I lost my concentration too. I kept thinking, how am I going to make it this time? I could not even hit 5km, let alone 10km.

I list down here the possible causes which I think are the reasons why I could not perform:
1. Serious lack of sleep
2. Heavy gym work out the day before
3. Heat from the sunny weather
4. Lack of regular training
5. Holding a bottle of water - which added weight and removed the freedom of movement of my arms
6. Had been recently working out on creatine supplement

No.1 factor is a serious detriment. I admit on that that I practically didn't sleep proper hours in the few nights before the run. Rather, I didn't sleep during the nights all only 2-4 hours of naps in the day. This involves time and work management.

The gym workout which I did the day before was a little over the regular repetitions and resistances. I pushed harder than before especially a lot on the quadriceps and hamstrings exercises. I reckon I have not recovered at all after such strenuous activity. I am not quite sure if I have actually converted an pro-endurance regime to strength-building. Plus the creatine-based supplement for muscle building.

Not sure though if that poses any difference in this small scale of training.

The weather is not really hot. It's just clear sky in the morning. Would not blame the heat generally though. It's rather breezy. I feel it's the combination of lack of sleep and the glare of the sun which made me feeling drowsy and lazy.

Holding the bottle. You tell me. The splashing of the water. The centrifugal force acting on the water. The grip on the bottle. It's a 600ml bottle. I actually left it at one spot when I felt that I could not continue anymore holding it for long period. And then when I made a turn-back I recollected it. That was already after I gave up.

Then I had to walk back home which took me almost 1 hour.

Upset.

96. Progress - Run

Personal

Exercise Report/Summary

Day: Saturday
Date: 30th October 2010
Time: 0900 hours
Weather: Wet - Light drizzling during start
Temperature: 20 °C - by feeling only
Terrain: Tarred road and pavement grass ground

Location: Nilai
Traffic: Rare but occasionally mild ~1 vehicle every 3 minutes
Start: ~150m before INTI entrance
Course: Along the road up to entrance of Nilai Springs Resort then reverse until halfway
Finish: Entrance of Taman Melati main road

Start time: ~0910 hours
Finish time: ~0940 hours

Distance*: 5.7 km
Time*: 34:43.60 mins
Average speed*: 9.9 km/h
(I think it's about ~8km/h)
Maximum speed*: 15.1 km/h

[*recorded by my phone Fitness application]

Remarks:
1. Weather was cold and wet so I wore a windbreaker which also helped in warming up.
2. Jacket was removed after feeling a lack of ventilation on my body.
3. The whole course of exercise was without proper hydration - citing the fact that if I were to had some water I would had covered a longer distance at a more consistent speed.
4. No smoking
5. No alcohol
6. No supplements
7. No medication.
8. Pre-exercise diet: A cup of Milk (~6 - 10g of protein) and 3 pieces of Domino's Cinnamon Stix
9. Post-exercise diet: Bread, cheesy baked beans and
jambu air

Comments:
Wet weather did not deter me from training. I almost gave up actually at 8am in the morning when I looked at the sky and feel the wind it had not rained yet meaning it wanted to rain later. I assumed that it's going to rain and stop by 8am by comparing with the other days before this day. Went out the first time and felt that the drizzle was too heavy and I did not want to run with my feet soaked wet and especially with having sweaty skin wetted with cold rain water. Stayed back in the house waiting and took a nap, almost making my way back to the bed as a surrender to the weather. But I could not let go of the great opportunity and time to exercise.

Cold wind coupled with the lack of proper sleep time (5 hours only) made me felt sleepy while walking on the way to the course. Jacket helped protect from cold temperature, rain water, cold wind and keep warm.

Lower legs were not in best condition though due to ice-skating first time on the previous night. But the whole course was great. Smooth progress and breathing was properly coordinated for most of the time except during gulping saliva for hydration and inhaling hard to retain the nasal mucous in cavity.

After stopping the exercise I walked back to home. It took me around 30 minutes to reach at a paced walking speed. That is equivalent to walking back and forth PFS and CGL 4 times or 3 days worth of walking back (grandpa house) from school calorie burnt.

Fun sake yeah.

6(sic)6. Who's the MAN?

[Exclusive mid semester issue post+(very outdated posting+edits)=end semester already]
Edits(in white) had been done to correct some technical glitch in the writing.

Personal/Ideals
--It's a matter of days to go and I'll be gunning down people back in Penang, the island.

"the existence of life is a highly overrated phenomenon."
"Born from oblivion; bear children, hell-bound as ourselves, go into oblivion. There is nothing else. Existence is random."
These are quotes(googled) from the movie Watchmen. Definitely a must-feel movie. Philosophical and thrilling perspectives and principles. That's what I long for to experience in my brain. And those quotes just fill up certain uncertain bridges of countless questions and conceptions. At least for me, I have my own interpretation and belief in them. And some things just got more intriquing. That's interesting.

Feel yours today, go watch it.heh. I thought at first the poster looked like some kind of costumed make-up superheroes movie or spoof show. 10 minutes into the movie I proved myself wrong and I changed my mode from just-attending to movie-experiencing, the "watchman" way. Maybe a handful or not would brand/rate/comment this movie as ridiculous and a waste of time...some friends they just weren't enjoying the movie fully. Hopefully they don't represent the majority. Nevermind..different tastes anyway. But I admit it's lengthy and dragging with great philosophical talks. Even then, I've went to watch in the cinemas twice already.

I would like to write up a post on the movie and story but only if I have enough to brainspill someday so..we'll see. So far, no-go.

Into the first 6 months of the year. Is it that time flies quickly? Or passing too slowly. Nope, it's quite good. Everything's progressing finely. Step by step one by one piece by piece and reasons and lessons in life are picked up. Good and bad they exist for sure for the consummation of life. Happy and sad all be conquered gracefully. phew..so far so good la to be precise.

The downside...I think I'm feeling that my language is deteriorating. For BM, it's already constant. For English, this is the problem. Because:
-I have been writing it less
-I have been speaking it less (also applies to listening, except music)
-I have been writing totally simple short notes for studies
-I have been reading not so proficient writing of notes and studies (not complaining..)
-I have been learning and improving my Mandarin and Thai hah
{note the kind of posts delivered were like out of tune :s}

It was before 2 months ago: ...weeks without internet. No downloads. No chattings. No blog-reading. No e-mailing. No research. But of course I'm not that unproductive. I did go to the library to do my homework... Now yeah, I have internet already.(obviously).

ok..time for a sidewinder's change..from now on I'm trying to change a little for my style of writing. Not applicable to Stress-talks(Stressm) and Ideals. It's especially for my personal accounts of story-telling and a-z detailed movement and percentage of alcohol consumed.

OK. Since the Label 5 scotch whisky, I had Shandy(1%),  Tequila - Camino(?%), Boeing 777(40%) and Scotch Whisky - ???(40%) at Sanctuary, The Curve.
So...this(below) is one of the latest (but there's also Tuborg beer provided at the MDG Finale). Brought by a senior friend from his home. Rare and expensive.wth

Bacardi's Rum(40%).wth

wth

I'm getting unhealthy. My body spells a downward spiral of fitness level with increasing unhealthy activities(gaming till sunrise), eating so oily/salty food and too little exercise.
This sums up my report of to-be fitness level:
Favourite Hiking -- Heavy breathing and weak climbing energy
100m sprint -- Spot the last position
K.Kinabalu Hike -- Hell would be cooler~plan postponed
Badminton..I won none matches this year, played only once anyway.. ya noe ever since moved outside to rented house.

Advice: Try best not to poison yourself. Intoxication by either nicotine, alcohol or party drugs only stir up your senses and cause a complication in body functions. That is why Islam forbids those. Intoxication ruins the nervous functions. The root of our life and body is in the brain, the mind. Bersyukurlah dengan badan yang sihat. Tahu cakap kena tahu buat la...

Beat it. Left 4 Dead
I'm Rock. Ye-Wheen being Mother. And unfortunately...the deceased by the end of the game as being controlled by Hooi. Cool cracky game with moaning witches.

So now who is the man?

[HooiTheMan?]

[The path to enlightenment?]

[Island CM?..respect..]

I AM THE MAN...huahahaha

Was Genting Highlands. This time I tried the roller coasters but missed out on the balls-beating Spaceshot...to heavy rain. I swear! Corkscrew screws cocks. At least I am level with my mum's experience now, she played before roller coaster in Ocean Park, Hong Kong decades ago. I can tell you..all my virtual experiences of freefalling in my dreams/nightmares came true. Imagination just got to a higher level in me. Negative G-Force had me throwing a choking voice during the gradient down aaaaah.a.a.aa.aaa.aahh

[..my new home workplace]
-I travel between two states everyday to school and back. 10 mins apart. Selangor and N.Sembilan. Actually I've written this before..but I add this time a little twist of uniqueness for this special issue of post in tribute to the MAN. So it's complicated...go to school in one state and stay in another state. Current location: N. Sembilan/Selangor??

[..the ideal average income fast-lane home--this was months ago]
-It's my dining place. Also used as a common study place. And usually serious discussions take place here. It has become a zone for guitar playing too for everyone.

"There was a time...Broken glass and cigarettes, writing on the wall, it was a bargain for the summer and I thought I had it all..."~Guns N' Roses

Oh yeah another break of words induced by the procrastinating-Jared-"all talk, no cock" syndrome. Books. I've never got my hands laid on them...even my new stuffs..
Calling the help hotline now....tut.tut...tut.tut...
"Anyone who has any advices or suggestions of any styles for me on time and workload management please do write back to me through comments. My pre-priorities are eat, sleep, bathe, laundry and laying my hands on my guitar. Basically what I do from day till night for a normal day is wake up, go for class if any, lunch, dinner, do any homework if any then play around with housemates..I haven't even start doing some read-up and research. AND especially exercising!!!" knmclc..

I think I gotta follow suit my Thai friends who jogged from school to my house. It's around 8km with uphills and downhills in a middle of lush forests across the state border. Once a week should be a good deal. Wake up early wth.~mythBUSTED

*2*Tad-bits of bite for the season: No insultation here. Try for a change, friendly humans. Put a stop to branding yourselves as emo. I think this trend is somewhat distasteful, and I think a majority of us would have in common in our mind that these "emos" are modern post-Emo wannabe junkies. Even though there might be some (or no) non-comforming ideals in them but certain modern settlers today embraced the so-called cult and turned into some kind of culture in which people would describe themselves as "emotional" or sad and having a bad life. Trust me, what kind of bad life is that when things just don't go and happen they way you desired in life, that's life. Not that I experienced better, I knew of worse and physically-threatened situations.

And most of the time I don't even think you people are troubled, it has somewhat become a wannabe style.. Leave aside the emo cult which epitomises wrist-cutting and extreme eye-shadowing. Talk about plain-clothes emo. Forgive me friends and acquaintances, I'm merely reflecting a general and unbiased view on the current vision upon people who like to be emo so much. I know, there are sane and wonderful people would have gotten used to the word as an everyday casual term for the mood. There's nothing wrong. But in this context, you're being associated to the very unpleasant and annoying bunch of youths.

It's not like there's no other words to use...like sulking or "merajuk". Sad. Emotional. Depressed. Sick. PMS. Desperately in need of attention. There are especially associations with Lala(s) too, that's the sad truth. Portraying emo-ness in their ways, giving a new twist to their style. h3ll0 PpL, I'm EMO 4eVa.(tm)

And on another note regarding the showcasing of lala style. Please, try your best not to mimic the lala way of expression. It's detrimental. As jokingly it is said, "either you die a sane, or you live long enough to see yourself becoming a lala".*

Get the gun shoot it upright and wait for the bullet to land on the head. The brain will do just fine. Final exam starts in two days time until 12-June-09. And then you'll see me prancing like the horse in the Ferrari logo.

49. Filler Feeder

Friends & Family
The 50th post shall be the final stage for the year 2008. Might not necessarily be posted by 1st of January. But it shall serve as an ending and an opening to the ought-to-be magnificent year 2009. So..let's fill up the gap and feed some fun into our souls.

Wokei..we did it with almost a cancellation due to the rain. Penang Hill hike, until point 84. Good for YW, catching up with all our outdoor activities. With wet, muddy and slippery terrains...and uncountable slippings on the rocks we braved the jungle with landslide sites. It was a spiritual journey though this time. With Albert.

Some sort of crazy affinity. Just after getting out of the toilet, this dog appeared to have already set the target of keeping an extra company. He's totally our main source of amusement. Taking care of each other and concerns of safety and accompaniment. Good dog. YW is writing on it, the post will be out soon. With plenty of photos and one or two videos. Sadly, we had to leave it. Albert, we salute you. See you again someday.

And, having a mum who works in that big company brings a lot of benefit. Good advantage. You know that Jesselton mansion owner, yeah he's the owner of the company. First, I got free tickets to PESSOC performance but of course no dining there we're not VIPs. And then, being an honourable employee who regularly patronizes Miraku(also owned by that company) in G-Hotel my mother got a very nice and good service from the chief manager for our dinner.

First, he served us two complimentary plates of tauhu dishes. Then he came in again and served a plate of mixed vegetables, we told him we didn't ordered that and he replied, "it's complimentary, miss". Wah. Minutes later, he came AGAIN to serve a plate of deepfried chicken. I lost my sanity. Is this some kind of "poh lampa/chibai" treatment or just very good appreciation and regard. Or is he afraid that my mum came to audit the restaurant secretly. In the end, he came for the final compliment, the great-tastebud-buster green tea ice cream and some jelly dessert. WTF

That dinner actually had a cash voucher already and yet we're getting stupendous good amount more of food. Too much to not to be wasted, all into our stomachs with pride and joy. Except, with exceptionally small oesophagus, small stomach and slow digestion didn't manage to lick the plates grease-free. I love you mum muahaha

And then, getting a micro splinter into my palm. Dig. Scrape. Bleed. Tear. Push. Pull. Needle. Antiseptic. Fingernail. Biting the towel. Aaah nice pain.

NEXT:
1. Hooi's gig.
2. G3 jamming 2 at YW's + New Year boozing with KY
3. CNY shopping
4. Packing and settling necessities for return to MIAT
5. Leave once again
6. Return for CNY haha
7. Fitness regularity for Mt. Kinabalu expedition

ah..my knees. So sad. Weak ligaments and hmm..maybe weakened synovial cushioning. I can't give up hiking I tell you or any other tougher outdoor sports activities. It's like losing your fingers as guitar player.

Happy end year 2008

37. Melaka Blitz + Booze Entropy 2

Personal/Friends & Family
oooh..Butterfly award awarded by Cheng Yee...the instructions there I ain't gona follow. My appreciation..sob sob thank you thank you..ahhahaahahha

So...for the Deepavali holiday weekend my friends and I had planned for a holiday plan. It was initially a Genting trip..bus fare only Rm7.80 from Kajang. But then we have a friend who is a prince of Melaka who suggested we go make a visit to the historical state of Malaysia that is Melaka.

We departed in the evening of last friday and reached there within one hour, there's only the border. A few more 10 minutes to reach the cities and first stop was a dinner spot with the friend's family. A treat. Nice food. Then we begun on a night excursion around the city and so we hopped onto the Sungai Melaka River Cruise. A 40 minutes cruising to see the famous spots of Melaka, a night scene of course.

After that, it's 12am already. Our friend took us around to check out the famous bars/clubs/pubs there. Cool eh..Good eh...chicks eh...There is one called Pure Bar. They are organizing a Halloween party. Anyone who come with make-up/costume gets free entrance. Another one just across the road is The Office, I had an inner attraction to it somehow...and then we strolled along the jetty entertainment centre. I could see the Eye of Malaysia already erected there. Balik rumah(friend's grandma house) buat si-eh then tidur...sucker Jonathan pwned the bed..leaving us blanketless and spaceless..my ass got banged basically until I gave up to change to another room without air-cond to rest in peace, literally. That was already 6am.

It's Saturday, whole lotta new places awaited my visit. It was my first time to visit Melaka. Even my family hasn't came. So, let these sets of photos tell the story. It started with a Chicken Rice-ball breakfast. I had 7 or 8 balls. Absolutely tasty. No pictures.

^This picture came through into life..all the while it was only found in the Sejarah Textbooks.

^This is the statue of Admiral Zheng He.

^This place too became a reality.

^A distant view of Eye Of Malaysia...or is it Eye on Malaysia?? hmm..

^The Beast & the Harlot in the City of Evil...note in the writings, the occupation of the deceased as a "merchant" and "captain" ahhah

^I think this is St. Paul.
^Japanese high school students...A LOT. I'm telling you, (fux the max!) I'm excited to see them(girls). But I had an experience there which then I identified them as Jipunas..I ain't writing it here. Ladies, don't bother to be curious I wouldn't want to let you people know. hahahaha

We had lunch at one of the very famous shop which serves Baba Nyonya delicacies from cendol to nasi lemak. We all had nasi lemak, laksa and cendol. All santan-based recipe. Total stomach euphoria. Of course I did buy gifts for people back at Penang. We went on to Makhota Parade shopping mall. Great place..cool. Balik rumah mandi pergi makan malam dengan ayah dan adik si kawan. It's something like bak kut teh..but no it's not, with pork meat and small intestines..in hokkien, hoon cheong. And then we walked on to the roads there which are named Jonker Walk, Taufu Walk..etc(i think so)..similar to Petaling Street night market. After that...

Clubbing. At The Office. Pure Bar was too crowded and packed. #$%^&*(*&^%$#$%^&^%$#$%^& fux &^%$%^&*()*&^%$#$%^& I love the place. It's not usual like dance party clubbing, it's more of a leisure slow-burn clubbing but there are still people who were high and dancing. The waitresses all are dressed in office outfits...sexy. The chicks there...hot and cold. And I'm all hyped up, as I was served by 3 ladies. The music is LOUD so we have to talk(or shout) to the ears..that's the fux, communicating with them ear-to-ear so near(I can feel the ear and the lips..). AH, I can't forget that, man...my first club. 1 bucket of Tuborg. Muahah my friend said he's not bringing me along anymore next time because all the ladies approached only me muahah I'm telling you, I love it.
^So dark..

Oh ya there's prostitutes too luring rich men there...and one successfully caught one. My friend knows how to identify them..body language. Hot and slutty. Lepas tu balik rumah buat si-eh lagi tidur...

The next day, in fact before the next dawn at 5am. The stomach melancholy begun. Terrible stomach ache and food poisoning. The worst/best in my life to date. Toilet was my company of the day. oh the bed too. Porridge and Buns became the meals. Sigh, what's with me with new holiday places. Always. Enough, I don't want to remember the pain here...

Back to campus the next day because other friends were in pain too.
@$$#$%^&*

Melaka is great. Penang and Melaka the two "tak berkutu" states. Even Penang State CM came from Melaka. Fux

Homework homework assignment assignment sports workout rest...

Oh ya.. I got an old album of Lost Prophets - Start Something from there, one that I couldn't find in most shops.

{Advice...Clubbing destroys the heart. The music destroys the ear drums. Drinking destroys the liver. Smoking destroys the lungs. Unprotected ONS destroys the body. Excesses lead to a slow and young demise. Don't go over the line...for leisure once a while it's ok but be conscientious. I'm telling this to myself...but it's a live fast, die young hedonistic cult..huh}

26. The Medium Bang

Personal/Ideals

New hairstyle...
It looks new and erm...not sure I like it or not but I laugh every time I look at my shadow or into the mirror citing the shape of the crown.

Anyway, never mind. New style though. Head is lighter now. Shortest hair length ever since erm September 22nd 2007, the last student style haircut ..woohoo.. yes I keep the dates in my head. Not bad eh, senior cut at RM12 compared to RM21 for the same level at Passion in Penang. muaha
XD

Olympics 2008. Lee Chong Wei lost to Lin Dan. A spectacular loss. First set at 12-21 and then something like 7-21. Pure power loss.
Major disadvantage: The muscles. Sooo big, difference. And Lin Dan applied a great tactic in my opinion which put Chong Wei at the edge. The way he orchestrated the play, especially giving the hit which forces Chong Wei to run to the back. And with small muscle comes small power-packed hit. At least, in my opinion. And Lin Dan is faster at recovery from desperate low attacks. Overall, both performed well(because they are both better than me for sure) hahah. erh, sorry for the non-badminton terms I used. Why didn't anyone give a... HULK SMASHHHHH!!!

Hmm...brain wreckage...haven't been doing sports in a while. Most of the time chor tai tee in the room only and sleep sleep sleep

Workload piling up like at the Malaysia dump amount increment rate. So sleeping is vital. But not bad I've been able to stay static with eyes opened and ears opened a tunnel from left to right but mind on the bed during the lectures. Nevermind, it's ok..as long as you attend the lectures and receive the charm of knowledge. bla bla bla

And know what, I like the LAN Moral Studies' method of explanations. Imagine reading or listening to Stressm principles from Jared. Sometimes out-of-the-world... krappy.. subtle... meaningful but inexplanatory...etc wtf. But it ain't gona be good for my revision and exams. Shit happens at times.

But I still like it, I like it out-of-the-mind visualisation. Subjective with a hint. Quantum and superstring. whatever la..just make sure I don't fail it.

hmm...sickness never ends here, an unbroken cycle..especially with mucous and phlegms, maybe very much aggravated by lots of smoke. So the only source of pollution in this jungle is mostly Dunhill and Winston. Lungs cancer. Hypoxia.

But this one is really good, trust me. My dad has and uses it. Oh ya...want to know something? Big Bikes. Great Bikes. WAH! So far, Ducati. Suzuki. Kawasaki. And the largest and latest spotted, another Kawasaki. I only managed to get pictures of the Ducati. Inconvenient for me to post so just type search Ducati bikes in your browser. That kind of bikes..superbikes. The latest Kawasaki is a ZX-10R, imagine it. Brand new..at least if not maybe 1 year old. 1000cc sports racer! This paragraph is only dedicated to 2-wheeler lovers/fans.

Next update coming soon..
..No Stressm talk this new season..
