21. The Rape of Misconception

Stress-Talk
Quantum Physics

There is an update. Eric has completed his VERY COOL & LONG POST reminiscing on our good ol' mfking twisted spleen stress anorexic ass splitting Editorial Board days. The way there. And so I include that link in my recent post which has a part on it too. Cheers to the bloodiest board members ever.

[STRESS has finally made its comeback in posting something stressful but with a twist in its way of expressing. Perhaps the Friendster Stressm blog would not be continued but I think I might just use that place to relate lyrics with my views and meanings. So, as to celebrate it... The Pangea post was already a major move.(actually there were already posts with thoughts from Stresser just that I don't reveal the identity earlier. They are 1. New Blood Joins, 2. Patience, 7. Tribute to My Brain and 12. A Trip to Hell & Void]

Imagine a world with no borders.

Try not imagine.

Feel. Escape from the lies that encapsulate us. Break free from the vortex which separates our perception from the truth concealed.

"you reap what you sow"

One says it's the rule of the karma - what goes around comes around.

Hooi, remember like the games I create for you in the emails "to punish you".

I found this website somewhere someone refer the readers to to get an understanding through the lines and depictions from the life. Find some free time to read it. Nice read, really.
www.british-israel.ca/you_reap_what_you_sow.htm
This is in no way of emphasizing or embracing any religion referred or mentioned.

There are still so many examples and true or real-life depictions in explaining and bringing us closer to the saying. So don't kinda blame God or ask why bad luck happens to you. Try asking, why do the others deserve bad lucks and accidents more and not you, when you feel life is unfair. A simple answer is "God loves you more". heh

And coincidentally, there goes the saying in the movie Kung Fu Panda by Master Oogway, "There are NO accidents". Plainly, it coincides with my belief in fate and prophecies. Yeah, of course not literal and direct with the meaning from the dictionary of "accident". It just means that you really can't get oranges by accident if you planted peaches in the first place. This movie has exactly the principle to explain it.

The other way to think of it would be, to believe. Stop messing around the world and your head saying, "it can't be, it can't be... this must be a mistake". Rather, move on with it and unravel the true truth which you long to know, dying to understand it and living to research it.

The movie series of Saw has what it takes to show you the fruit of the saying. I have a twist on it, "you rip what you saw" literally, saw in the context of using the tool to cut. haha. You see, the victims in the movie were actually people who had done bad things. And the traps John Kramer set are sets that test the victims themselves on how would they feel if they were in the position of their victims in the past when they commit bad deeds unto them (anyone has a better phrasing of this sentence??) and why their victims deserved their tragedies. Actually, same goes to the "teacher"-cum-"trap-setter" John. He's punishing the people. What does it takes to be the punisher? A messiah in another way.

But you know, everyone knows superheroes couldn't possibly save everyone in the world. It's either someone saves people in New York, or Ultraman fighting monsters in Tokyo, Cicakman fighting crimes in Kuala Lumpur. Yeah, that's why there were so many superheroes, created and placed my their makers in their respective hometowns as guardians to the world.

Alright, this is the ultimate and primary destination of this post. The Matrix.
Watched it once 10 years back to enjoy it and watched it recently to understand. Superb. Very good spin-off of life. I don't quite understand it totally yet(I still have Reloaded and Revolutions to research) and I really, don't know how to relate and make explanation of it. I can't die dead enough to show you how interested I was in this prophecy-related philosophical life-blender-ing fruitcake.

Believe - This is mentioned after the citation on Kung Fu Panda. In relation to "believing", Stresser had this old post titled I Think I BELIEVE which include Joe Satriani's I Believe lyrics as reference.
(am i out of the topic?)
Yeah, everything here today, now, this very moment you are reading is related to the cases told in that link I gave. In The Matrix movie, it shows that what you believe is real and it is the truth unbeknownst to the your perception or the daily life(which is explained as "fake" and "forced-imaginary"). An example, you believe you will fall after the big leap, so you fall. You reap what you sow, in a different way and context. So you believe you can dodge the bullets and survive, you do. Neo(Keanu Reeves) done it with pride and machoness. Just, believe. People also always say "believe in yourself" so why not.

Similar kind of event takes place before one's last breath in its body in this world. You see there are so many dramas showing you people encourage dying people to stay strong and don't give up. Yeah, it really works. That's the conscience humans have. In our subconsciousness, we live and we are controlled mentally(psychologically). You believe you're going to die and end so you let go of your life. So you believe you are stronger than you think you were and opt to stay longer in this Earth, you do and you make the doctors' wallet bigger. This of course could not be applied(in our this reality) if the brain is already dead or the heart not functioning well anymore. common sense la..

More than true, the movie unveils the deception we faced within our world and the matrix. True, we're always deceived by our own perceptions. Daydreaming doesn't apply here, understood. We are merely controlled. In the brain. Thus, disillusions occur. Misunderstanding. False faith. Perversion of the mind. Misuse of the physical entity. Doomed by our visions. Because "you see what you do" and what we do is wrong so what we see is also wrong.

I had this description(not prescription for madness) for Stressm written and that's after I listened to some Buddhism talk by a speaker. It has these accounts on unrealistic desires and expectations. That's also the key to our unhappiness and ungratefulness. We tend to expect too much or assume that we can get the best or better but results don't turn out as what we've wanted and that causes unhappiness. Because we don't get what we want obviously. Reap what you sow, but let's not put the blame ungratefully to solely ourselves. We really can't tell and we're not The Oracle or Nostradamus to see the future. We really don't know well about our limits so, the oranges you plant might not grow as big as you've hoped for. But as explained, the key of "you reap what you sow" is there just that we're not omni-mind-present.

One sickening truth but it cannot be helped, humans like to be blinded. The natural blindness is already there and it leads to find better blindness. All in the Seven Deadly Sins.

So, that's it I have to say more or less in this special edition 21st post in this 21st century written in the 4am of pre-dawn of June 21st. But not posted immediately. Yeah but it is scheduled to be posted at 2100 hours of the day. What significance it has in the number 21? Dunno, just mere awesomeness.

There, another cut-out excerpt and picture I "accidentally" found in the websites...regarding Karma.
http://shyamasundaradasa.com/jyotish/what_is_jyotish/what_is_vedic_astrology/what_is_vedic_astrology_1.html
this is a bit disturbing- take a closer look they exchanged faces.

To clear up some facts. heh. I got interested to write on this just suddenly when my speaker blared "cos what you reap is what you sow!", while playing the last line from the song Wake Up by Rage Against The Machine. And you know what, this song is in The Matrix OST. The song was played during the start of the credit.

Here's the earlier mentioned extra "story-telling" which I want to include. This just has got all the examples and real-life accounts of the "reap what you sow" principle. Nicely written, with title that's totally connected too. I got this article from a forwarded email and I would like to share with you readers who are interested to spare some time looking and peering into our life for one short moment. You don't have to make any decision, just read and be amused.

Hopefully this can ignite the sunlight in some of your hearts. Some or one(particularly..) should take note and not go on acting and live a dumb life and be all f* up about others and especially your significant other, learn that you are the one misleading yourself and don't influence others to f* the way with you. Positively, I hope you close connected readers could learn one or two things and cheer up more in life.

Here it is after some minor digression.
The Law of the Seed
Take a look at an apple tree. There might be five hundred apples on the
tree, but each apple has just ten seeds. That's a lot of seeds!
We might ask, "Why would you need so many seeds to grow just a few more
apple trees?"
Nature has something to teach us here. It's telling us: "Not all seeds
grow. In life, most seeds never grow. So if you really want to make
something happen, you had better try more than once."

This might mean:
·You'll attend twenty interviews to get one job.
·You'll interview forty people to find one good employee.
·You'll talk to fifty people to sell one house, one car, one vacuum
cleaner, one insurance policy, or a business idea.
·And you might meet a hundred acquaintances just to find one special
friend.

When we understand the "Law of the Seed", we don't get so disappointed. We
stop feeling like victims. We learn how to deal with things that happen to
us. Laws of nature are not things to take personally. We just need to
understand them - and work with them.

IN A NUTSHELL
Successful people fail more often. But they plant more seeds.

When Things Are Beyond your control, here's something that you must NOT DO
so as to avoid misery in your life:
- You must not decide how you think the world SHOULD be.
- You must not make rules for how everyone SHOULD behave.
- Then, when the world doesn't obey your rules, you get angry!
- That's what miserable people do!

On the other hand, let's say you expect that:
- Friends SHOULD return favours.
- People SHOULD appreciate you.
- Planes SHOULD arrive on time.
- Everyone SHOULD be honest.
- Your husband or best friend SHOULD remember your birthday.

These expectations may sound reasonable. But often, these things won't
happen!
- So you end up frustrated and disappointed.
- There's a better strategy. Demand less, and instead, have preferences!
- For things that are beyond your control, tell yourself:
- "I would prefer "A", but if "B" happens, it's OK too!"

This is really a change in mindset. It is a shift in attitude, and it gives
you more peace of mind ...
You prefer that people are polite ... but when they are rude, it doesn't
ruin your day.
You prefer sunshine ... but if it rains, it is ok too!
To become happier, we either need to change the world or change our
thinking. It is easier to change our Thinking!

In summary
It is not the problem that is the issue,
but rather it is your attitude attending to the problem that is the
problem.

It's not what happens to you that determine your happiness.
It's how you think about what happens to you!

20. Pangea, Global Peace & Forsaken Love

Stress-Talk
[STRESS finally touched down with some thoughts to stress]

It's been almost a month or so since I write a value-added post and this post was in drafting ever since. I don't really think it's any special or impact-driving writing. Precious and productive moments are required in the process of a decent post. Not any near dawn time or in a rush to the bed moment. Yes, this paragraph is written with my rectum very urged to let out a volley of mashed digested by-products...sorry, being too detailed. A moment please...

So as the title is concerned. Pangea. Our Earth. The Mother Earth. The land. Our land. Our world. Our life. A world without borders and boundaries. No segregation. No discrimination. No intimidation. No colonialism. No terrorism. No bloodshed.

Peace. What is peace anyway? What defines peace. What defines war anyway...so what we see everyday now is war..does that mean the neutral state or the zero position of balance is "war". So if this "war" fluctuates(either go positive or negative from the zero position) to "peace", is it good? Have we experienced peace? Or peace rather just means no war. But there's still competition right. There's terrorism like bank robbery and riot in demonstrations. Peaceful? Or let's say everything becomes "good" and "positive", will the human race continue to be productive? When there is no fight, no competition, no striving to be great, no hunger. Eventually, a cycle continues its circle. One feat followed by another and one exploitation followed by mutiny and a scarcity followed by a fight in the market.

I have this discussion with my friend about our world without animosity. He believes that we will all someday achieve peace and when that time comes, everyone is "smart" in the sense that everyone does their own good deed and not meddling with others' property so everything is kept clean and pure. I don't know but in my head(plus prophecy heh), I believe that a cycle would eventually prevail. I always believe everything is a cycle. I study Science too. In this Law of Entropy, it is stated that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. www.entropylaw.com states, "Entropy (the subject of the second law) and energy (the subject of the first law) and their relationship are fundamental to an understanding not just of physics, but to life (biology, evolutionary theory, ecology), cognition (psychology)".

It's a flow. I'm not sure either (or I haven't read about it) on how the energy of this life got started in the first place. Big Bang? heh. So in my opinion, if everyone is "smart", I think there would be no advancement or improvement as there is no drive and no some sort of energy flow into something greater. It's proven in this current human evolution that pride and greed exist. So the cycle will make its turn.

That's a minor digression but it holds a little truth and facts for the whole topic here.

You can read this post in parts over days time. I don't want you to get bored or to have no interest in reading especially if you're just looking for an easy-reading.

[The song in my filefactory Tainted World is dedicated.]

Pangea. www.answers.com states the meaning as a hypothetical supercontinent consisting of the whole land area of the globe before it was split by continental drift.
The Pangaea [taken from www.answers.com]

I would say, I would not be this lucky to come across this word and meaning by myself. It's Mr. Wei Tong who out of nothing and at one night he started disseminating this video from youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KfXlISY6L0 on Pangea Day. So, this whole pangea thing is worldwide spread and it even has a day to be celebrated over.

My mission here is to continue Wei Tong's effort to bring this part of truth of life into you readers.

I will hereby write out the excerpts from this video, primarily the messages from the key people who gave speech.

"You and I, all of us are members of one family. We are sisters and brothers and we're going to sink or swim together." ~Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

"Our modern world is divided by borders, injustice, fear, mistrust, violence, poverty..."~Narrator

"I've also seen the possibility and power when people choose to overcome the impulse to dehumanize the other. I have witness the power let's call it the Pangea Principle when even for a few minutes or a few hours human to human contact can triumph when people to people diplomacy can cut through and show our leaders and all of us what is possible and that there is another way."~Christian Amanpour, International Correspondent CNN

"My late husband loved to fly. And one night, when he and I were alone in the plane, he pointed down to glittering lights separated by shadows below. He said there's Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Israel even Egypt... so close. It's only natural that we should be one community living in harmony together. He knew well that our borders are our own creation. The lines we draw on maps are not drawn on the Earth that he could have imagined in modern day Pangea like today where we're all clustered together in harmony like these glittering lights on this small and fragile planet."~Queen Noor of Jordan

That much only I am able to script it out. Not much anyway, I just kinda go over the edge and the top to bring this topic a little bit edgier with a tinge of philosophy talk in this post.

There's these few videos which I find VERY interesting. Science stuff. If you are a tad curious then you can visit and watch them. Only less than 5 minutes long videos.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1oza6jybOA
&
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oBAbD8bhoM&feature=related

"You are a part of the great divide, the chosen, or the frozen; Now you're miles away without an egg"~Corey in the Stone Sour track, The Frozen.

[The song Ebony And Ivory is dedicated.]

Love for the earthlings.

We are all sons n daughters of Earth. My belief. I don't care if your god is my maker or my god wants to destroy your god. My father and mother exist from this Earth. They call him/her Mother Earth. I am your brother. You're my father, mother, sister and brother. Alright, if you don't like, we're cousins. So there is love, everywhere.

And I always ask myself and sometimes express doubt to my family members on what is love. Their answers are questions like, "do you miss us when you..." " do you think of us when....." "do you long to ....." etc. I recently gave in to the bottomless quest for the answer, i kinda got drowned when i could not fathom any greater. But then I seek my own answers. I found the little truths unbeknownst to me all this while, that in this great divine of love there lies bond and attachment. You know right, we're all mostly grown up enough to understand this. Hopefully you would if you hadn't. Examples are like I don't bother about my fish but when it started to grow unhealthy or eventually it dies, I would weep and mourn for it in sadness. heh.

There's this another example from a Hokkien movie still showing in channel NTV7(Malaysia). This grown up orphan who had her parents abandoned her at young age hated her mother so much when she returned to claim her back as a daughter. She doesn't want to recognize her as a mother, she ignored her and she ostracized her. But when she found out that her mother was in the hospital, she started to regret. And then someone came to tell her that her mother just passed away. She suddenly broke down and cried. In no time, she rushed to the hospital crying out loud for her mother only to be chasing a van down the road transporting the body to somewhere else.

[The song Eternal Silence is dedicated.]

So love is in the air. Love is even in hatred. An opposite to my light/happiness and darkness/sadness principle(where light prevails from darkness, there can be no light if darkness in the first place does not exist). If I have time, I will write on this happiness and sadness principle of mine in my point of view. It's related to the neutral state or zero position theory of mine. Comparable to Mathematics' Integer topic.

These are a few posts that Stresser had written in his younger days, few years back using Friendster blog. They are See What People Care About You(And A Lil Peace), War And Peace, Civil War and Psychological & Physical Destruction. And so that kind of posts will be revolutionized here from now onwards.

Symbol of Peace and symbol of F* Away.

Some people are still good, some people are stressed and some people are ignorant. As you know, we are facing a somewhat tight and tough period with the economy. Inflation. High demand. Low supply. Depreciation. The most significant being the hike in the price of fuel. I am really hit by this, ya know. I don't have any income I don't pay for the fuel I don't own a vehicle but I drive my mother's car and looking at the fuel level drop so significantly fast as if the car drinks fuel like water. And ya, the metre and price at the petrol station as you insert the nozzle into the refueling chamber and pull the trigger. RM2.70 per litre. RM70+ for a full tank pump of 26litres. I have paramount passion in driving and flying you know, and both activity eats petroleum.

So back to topic, with this bad time with our wallets some people actually manage to control the price and bring in smiles and true service to their customers. Some the other way but they are not at fault. I have this experience with a chicken rice stall near my home. Price of rice is also out of control. She actually manages to keep her cool and still being able to offer complimentary add-ons or give discounts. And she's super busy chopping the chicken with the sharp cleaver. Let's say I'm not relating this to the economy. I'd say this is good customer service and true Malaysian hospitality that the whole wide world has boasted of.

I like this quote in which God said, "Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. And prepare your future without fear". I forgot what this got to do with my Global Peace topic here. The reason something shouldn't be left in draft for too long...

So, back to land and sea.

Earth Temperamental Crisis.

A month ago, our Earth saw Myanmar devastated by Cyclone Nargis. So many lives were lost and homes were brought to their rooftops on ground zero. Just not too soon enough, massive earthquake shook Szechuan in China and that's far from over, there were aftershocks which were just as destructive as any earthquake. huh. Angry Earth, that's what I call it. Like scaps off the Earth's skin layer dry enough to shed. Global warming.

Terrorist threats. Supposedly "goodwill force" threatening to intervene in others' administration, power struggle and security. Bombings in Iraq, far from any ending. wth political struggle and fight in Malaysia. Teenagers' angst-ridden massacre at schools. Social divide. Outdated culture civilisation with non-scientific beliefs which is causing the AIDS/HIV spread unstoppable. Horrible, I read one news that aid workers who were sent to provide relief to famine, poverty and broken homes were committing sexual crimes onto the less fortunates, who were as young as nine. That's called humanity, the range of inhumanness.

There's also the nuke war. No, you're not allowed to use them nuclear bombs anymore. So many countries now are investing in these weapons of mass destruction. And there's a country which used it back in the WWII and they advocate on not making them but they themselves have a great storage of them. Yet they are going all around the world threatening to dispose off diplomacy cut off economy ties and declare "I don't like your country" to the others who research and manufacture. Nuclear bomb only looks good in the movies and games.heh

[Cranberries' Zombie track is dedicated.]

Check this out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sjSHazjrWg
Cat Stevens - Peace Train

He's converted already and now he is Yusuf Islam, singing the same song.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7wEctHyuc0&feature=related

Music has another purpose huh. It could educate and serve people's faith. Music is very powerful. I'd claim god is music. music is god. heh. Yeah, people do make a change either through or by music. Some people go to the extreme. Some people use it to convey messages. Superb impregnable form of expression. I'd say, music is sound. We use sound to communicate like we use our mouth to talk. So music to express. NOT NOISE(if u play Westlife/Beethoven/Ricky Martin/Nelly Furtado simultaneously u get Rock genre, and people label it as "noise").

If you have like so much time like around 45 minutes of free time, you can watch this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcgCdn8I8kU&feature=related

Blend of faith and belief.

You can feel the reason. The true conscience behind faith. The real purpose of one embracing a religion to gain faith and show thankfulness. This is not anymore the era of the crusades where people fight to spread religion. Wake up. You can have 100 million people of a religion but do you people do or practise the right thing? I found that the key is love. What's the point of being one in a majority with the aim to eradicate the other minority. Survival of the fittest does not apply in love, at least to me. (ok dun consider dating a girl or mating ok..that's a bit different)

In one of Yusuf Islam's spiritual songs, he sings "How great the beauty of the Earth and the creatures who dwell on her" in God Is The Light. How beautiful we are only to be polluted by our own deeds. It's just a matter of realisation. It's either we insist on doing it wrong because we know it's not right but it feels good or we take time to open our eyes, as a matter of time.

I still stick strongly to Buddhism principles(but I don't perfectly abide by the precepts). My aunt is always my source of information and knowledge on this religion. I've always been very interested in principles ever since my grandfather's soul departed from his body. I have this book which i want to continue reading(but it's a bit boring in the way the stories are being told) that is Dying To Live: The role of Kamma in Dying and Rebirth. Sounds interesting? The unattainable answers are being told in this prophecy-like teaching using stories and excerpts from Vinaya Pitaka and Abhidhamma Pitaka. Sounds familiar? Yeah, hell.. they were mentioned in the Sejarah higher secondary textbooks.

So...Alright...Finally...The end of some scribbling.

Trying here to unclog and release most valuable thoughts kept in my head because time is running out. The clock doesn't stop for us to make decisions so we just have to move on and live with it. Lest the future holds no spare time for me to connect to you interested and interesting readers.

19. The Zidane's Pride + Update

Personal/Ideals/Friends & Family
June 21/22 - YW's Crib Camp
ok, this is not exactly a new post. It's an update. Mere update, since people like updates.heh.
I had one my so-called farewell family big dinner at my suggested place, Chillis at G-Hotel. Expensive. Good. Satisfactory. Good blow to the stomach. Then I was dropped at YW's Crib 66. OhMyF*ingGuitar(OMFG). There's Playstation 3! There's Jackson Dinky with the mama, Roland Micro Tube. Equipped with built-in Distortion, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, Delay and Reverbs. Even though it's "micro" the volume can easily be used for a small gig. Actually if you want stadium rock, it's not volume it's output. Big volume from a micro to a stadium would sound like a rat giggling.

Finally, I JAMMED... not perfectly but at least it's a good attempt, with YW on Dir En Grey's Undecided. Tried pinch-harmonics. Not good. Oh ya, the overnighting members: Jonathan, Hooi and Jared. Jon came too but left early again at 11.30pm. Playstation 3 rocks big time. Is it Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas? It was our big hit of the night. Then we start worshipping, the Pick Of Destiny movie. Great. Jonathan and I started playing that Rainbow. At around 3am, we hit the sports channel. Holland vs Russia. OMFGoal! Holland lost 1-3! WTH. I'd been supporting every losing game ever since I started watching Euro08 that are 3 consecutive losses. In Astro, a movie caught our attention and it became a signal and impact..no, nothing.. A movie about Eddie/Gwen who is transsexual struggling to love and be loved. "She" was murdered.

6am in the morning, YW and Hooi had their shut-eye. Jonathan and I went on to scour the gaming the world. Yes!!! oh YES!!! We owned a number of maps. We got better and better and it's totally addictive. Plentiful of swearings and furiousness at playing it. Stopped at 10am. 4 hours in the morning. YW brought in tauhuay for breakfast. Then, everyone back to sleep. Until like 1pm. Pizza for lunch. Continued sleeping till like 3pm. The final. YW showcased his Avenged Sevenfold's Beast And The Harlot rhythm guitar part accompanied by the music. I'd say, he is good and has improved in playing the electric guitar. Me, finally, did the so coveted technique called pinch-harmonic. Sayonara. YW's going back in like another 7 days but we'll still be having outings with him until then.

And...i present you in public my first ever home studio recording. It's my final attempt on the pinch-harmonics. It's a video with audio only and no visual. Lame la but at least I try, it's not called shredding it's grating. So, click it load it and play it. I think the final 10 seconds is funny...

wth. what kind of update/post is this? diary-esque...doesnt matter..just fun..
22/06/08 - 1700hrs
***
*Latest update at the versions and points of view of others of the steamboat dinner post. Lots of photos from those links.

*Latest update on the
BBQ party post.

France is officially out from Euro 2008.

Beaten by Italy 2-0.

It's almost 5am now...and the match just ended few minutes ago.

Ribery injured.

Abidal sent off.

France performed really badly. They really need to buck up and seriously improve if they wanted to shine in the next World Cup or even at least survive. Or change strategy. There's no Zidane, Desailly or Barthez anymore so 4-4-2 might not suit the new players. I wonder why Trezequet, Pires and Cisse are not chosen at all to play, not even as substitutes. Zidane, try come back and help some coaching.

So, my next country to support is Netherlands. Yeah. Holland. Go!
[trying hard to keep my tears away....ah]

Merci.

18. Rolling Mechanical Random Miscalculation Rectum Malfunction

Friends & Family
There is an update in my Steamboat Dinner post.

Warning: (maybe very) Long post ahead. Good read for good ol' friends. AND a spin-off at the end of this post.

Hooi! Meng Jon! If we were to be the pilots doing this stunt, we would end up like in Battlefield. Inclining horizontal tilted crash. Superb and Magnificent.. A low flyby.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYfhC9ft_hk&feature=related

The author who posted this video wrote this statement for the above aeroplane manoeuvering stunt in his info:

"PILOTS, DON'T TRY THIS BY YOURSELVES! MANEUVERS SHOWN HERE WERE INTENSIVELY TRAINED BEFORE THIS AIRSHOW, INCLUDING POSSIBLE EVENTUALITIES LIKE CROSSWIND, WINDSHEAR, AND VARIOUS FAILURES THAT CAN OCCUR. SAFETY IS ALWAYS THE FIRST TO OBSERVE IN A FLIGHT, SPECIALLY IN AIRSHOWS! I spoke with an A310 TAP pilot. Following are FACTS, NOT RUMORS:
1. Capt. César Brito is still flying, because he did in the airshow EXACTLY what was planned and trained to do. That was not a stupid idea executed in a moment, it took weeks of preparation.
2. Brito knew perfectly how Evora airfield is. He's playing with an optical effect; the other side's ground has a slightly downward form.

3. Co-pilot was another A310 commander, and during the show he was focused in altitude to continuously report to César.

4. Plane passed a complete overhaul just before this airshow, so the risk of failures was minimum.

5. Plane continued flying with passengers until retired soon, but after a reccommended inspection by Airbus officials.
"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sd2AoYtTcFg&feature=related

This is a real footage of an A320 fighting crosswinds while attempting to land. It was a 26 year old female co-pilot who managed to pull away and brought the plane back to safety. At time 00:40, you can see the wing touching the runway slightly-they called it wingstrike. Imagine being the passenger sitting next to the wing at the window spot;eyes-wide-opened mouth stammering, "Oh I saw Jesus playing at the edge".

Time flies ya, Ye-Wheen. It's been 6 months since you left us. My turn, soon. This is my version of In Retrospect since I facelifted that section into my own "Eureka, New idea!". Last year, at this time of the year we were super stressed f* rushing towards the deadline. And Wei Loon suddenly announced, "I am going to China for 2 weeks". Jared replied, "m**ei ganja, then we have to do Admin for u d la". But hah, he came back his section untouched so he did it himself by Mabel's side for weeks until early September. Less than 10 weeks from SPM. Imagine. Headbanging the keyboard table is a trend. Hearing Seow groaning while holding the CGL mag is another common sight. Then there's Ian pitifully got his reserved Macs snatched. Then, there was this Razeen who acted as if he's my dog. No I didn't treat you like a dog, don't be scared. I'm rendered useless if it wasn't for him helping out others to design. Come on, who the hell did my Editorial design for me? That genius who hailed from Jrock Kingdom. Come let me elaborate on what I wrote in "Before The End" just in case some people press charges for lack of information heh;
Eric, Best Entertainer. You see this Capel guy, he's always playing Mika or MCR so that's amusing and he liked to hug us so we don't feel lonely.
Razor, Best Money Collector. That is already an answer but my statement, "the colorful world needs you" explained that, ...black is a colour right?
Ian, Best "screwdriver". Having a good time burning the juniors' ass huh during the interview session and post-mortems. That saved lives but that two rich f*ass failed though.
YW, Best Headbanger. Too much about you already, my every sentence here are all related to you. You are the master, you are the slave, you are the mastermind, you are the sick mofo.
Joel, Best Sub-Ed. I regretted giving you that title. Just kidding. We wasted most of our lives in 5 Cekal.. haha. A teacher reported, "Joel lari apabila nampak Kavitha".LTMAC
Marcusy, Best worker. True enough. You are a full-time. But I hate to see you lonely and looking like as if Jared'd ruined a day of your life. Motivation! I owe you maybe RM10 of your Ex5 fuel charge.
Chuin, Best Time Spender. Actually I've ran out of creative titles. But you did spend your time well. Checkers. Nasi Lemak. Uniform check(for my belt!).
Seow, Best Voice(& Lips). KNN, your voice is the next World Idol, baby. We enjoyed listening to you since form 3, right Hooi. And I like the way you walked into the room as if searching for money borrowers.
Cubix, Best Complaint-free Worker. Basically, you couldn't complain. So much of Yui wouldn't help, dun emo d k, those days were over. Ramli and LeeEweImm's face turned out fine.
William, Best Beatle Fan. Needless to say, the guy who brought in those 60s' into the room to battle our rocks and metals. Sorry, we won. Even LIPS' crooning over Aerosmith's I Don't Want To Miss A Thing.
Jonathan Toh, Best Shadowy Member. It's a trend in the Board and a line from the prophecy. Anyway, one way or another I just felt I was just like you but more brilliant, I enjoyed the air-conded Room more.

Ah, think of it, I just thought I could and should have so much as the head. But unfortunately I only learnt it now. I could have planned nicely and discussed with the knights of the round table to schedule whose time and turn to rape the Mac so Ye-Wheen doesn't reign supreme. Too bad, he's the Beauty Expert so I can't go against the threat of having the front cover empty. But still it was epitomized with the certain smallest thing from him, eternally like Sonnet 18. Good job.

Never THE less, all is over and done. Thank you Miss Mableh. Thank you Mr. Ramli for not giving me new-age troubles and your virtuous Vision 2010 plans. This is a continuation of my Editorial. Thank you to those who supported me and the whole team since 2006, though you might not read this but you are certainly the energy that drove me and the reason I still kept strong until the end. "One for all, all for one; WE ARE ONE!"[excerpt from Arch Enemy's Nemesis]

Here we go, the completed Eric's post on the good ol' mfking twisted spleen stress anorexic ass splitting Editorial Board days. He has a better retouched of the above photo. Clearer. Crisper. Orgasmic.

Now for the people who punched me, lent money to me, carried me when I fractured my forearm, copied my homework and treated me to food and movies. My highway started in 1997 where I met and knew all the people revolving around me now. And actually my friends mostly comprised of humans aptly named names with the initial 'J'. haah. My first closest friends were Jason, Jon and Joel Hoo. So the teacher gave us a brand, the "J Brothers". Jon has been in touch with me ever since, (11 years and 6 months by now) Jason still in touch but we don't meet each other often and Joel had long parted with us since year 2000. You know what special connection lies in the J Brothers? Our surnames and last personal name. Teo is of hakka family, Teoh is of Teochew and Cheong is of cantonese and all of them are of the same family name. Jie, Jung and Jon are our last personal names. What can I say about Jon? I kick his ass, he kicks my butt. We were brothers but we're not brothers at all. We're not even buddies, we don't help each other haah. As he said before, "your best friend is your worst enemy". True?

What more? oh nothing much so interesting from my primary school life. Mostly individual personal stories. Like everyone knew what happened between my first crush and me. Cut it. It's 6 years old story already. Move to secondary school life. ah, as the year gets older the events got more interesting. My form 1 life basically revolved around my Sea Scout life which I gave priority to over my studies. So I went into the second last class. But I still never fail to connect with Hooi and YW for our daily doses of music. Despair in the gloomy class, I worked super hard and topped the position in the class twice. That brought me back into mainstream. Reunited with Jon and Hooi in a same class. That was form 3. haha Referring to YW's life post, the Baiduri class engaging in battles with Mutiara class.

After PMR, all hell break loose. The pressure of injecting 3 Science branches into the head. It's not easy. Plus, the sejarah text book. wth. Plus, the Moral nilai(s). wth. The latter two subjects which I got A2 in SPM. That's intentional. haah. Form 4 was my year of collaboration with Khang Yang who taught me to be hardworking. Year 2007 was the best for me and most. It's truly about rock n' roll, drugs, boozing and sex. hey, guys, remember our handmade cigarettes...fuhh, sangat kao. They freaked the photography club meeting totally with real smoke and burning scent. And, a memory for Hooi and his groin at his first time trying out Jon's ZZR.

To the former students of this class or the wives, girlfriends, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, slaves, masters, of the the former students: You can take the photo from here. My regards. Courtesy goes to the Editorial Board photographers who captured it.

It's also the f* year I started to socialize more. Meeting new people and making new friends. Specifically, girls. From everywhere, in the universe. Ahh, the period I missed most was the SPM-tekan-bola days. My house became the checkpoint for group studying that didn't worked at all. It's more of a Hokkien Speaking Lesson. And yeah, first Biology tuition for tips. Khang Yang's primary aim was to meet the cute receptionist there. In LPC's tuition classes, there're BB, choobee and ...THE MAN!!!(roar like Dani Filth). hehe They were girls from Convent Light Street. YW and I snatching BB(got fate ok, OK U GOT FATE because you saw her first after SPM at gurney then u shared it with me heh), Hooi analysing The Man's femininity and fantasizing someone as someone else, KY-raisins for LPC and Jonathan, duk buat blow dahlah muka macam k*. Laugh Out Loud moments. Then it all ended with colourful hairstyles. There was this Genting trip too. Ethereal, 5 months had passed since the end of 2007.

So much for such brief reminiscence. How are you people already? Look at us, all grown up and growing hair all over the wonderful places(excerpt from Guru Pitka). Earning big bucks. Spending on the latest trendy lingerie for your wives. Hitting on your bosses' customers. Learning the way of Life. Move on dudes and babes, we shall shout at the devil.

[song title thievery from Shout At The Devil by Motley Crue]

See, we all should laugh together more often and cheers...

June 14th - BBQ Dinner at Abbas Beach

Night. A farewell party for Wei Loon. Revellers: Cheng Yee, Ian, Seow, YW, Jared, Chiang, Wei Loon, Sze Chuin, Eiven, Marcus, Eric, and Jason Siew. Catch crabs. BBQ. Chicken wings. Chicken pieces of meat. Sotong Balls. Stingray. Sausages. Fish fillets. Toast & Sardine. Soft drinks. Alcohols worth over RM50.
Darn...alcohol with all the taxes charged, it cost so f* much.
Same goes to tobacco rolls... This(pic) is an advert with the message intended to stop teenagers from start smoking young.
Beers... they all taste the same. Well, we're no alcohol expert and we're not experimenting the tastes properly, we just go revel in dirty boozing so all the different brands and makes of the beers taste the same. I'd say Tiger has a sweet touch. The others, plain kao and khaw sensation. Cheng Yee still loves Vodka better. And YW and I would say Scotch Whisky still own all other C2H50H.
The official closing of the BBQ party. The ritual for the burial of the charcoal which had served us good heating for our food.

The BBQ party photos uploaded above are of courtesy of Marcus Lim.

17. Dejection

Ideals
Update: A baby lizard fell onto my head as soon as I walked into the toilet to wash my feet. I thought it was some droplet of water from the shower but after touching and feeling the object with my fingers and then sweeping it down on the floor I found it was that lizard. How cute. How fortunate not to have the tail detached and going into my ear canal.

France 1 - Netherlands 4
A loss. So far a draw and a loss. What next? With Italy.
Is France facing a similar fate to the 2002 World Cup group matches, the only difference is France isn't the defending champion(they were in 2002) but they are 1st runner-up. So, no huge humiliation.
Nevertheless, it's not good at all and really, France have to beat Italy. Seriously, to tie or to leave the competition early. Because Italy drew with Romania on the other side. So that makes 1draw 1loss to Italy and France and 2draws for Romania. France must win the next match and Holland beating Romania, then France will be into the quarter-finals. Must I pray and beg to God now?

Just finished watching the delayed show(which started at 5am) and ended at 7am. I am going back to bed now....had only like 3 hours of sleep just now. So much for a dejection. ..stress gila-gila supporting them..

16. Of FishBALLS & STEAMboat

Friends & Family
*UPDATED!!
June 12th Day - The Solo Continues

As usual, fetched mum to office. As usual, first destination was Hooi's scrotum...har? I mean Sanctum. He made me waited for like 15 minutes because he was not ready. Then to my pride, I took him to try the tasty good everlasting favourite Argyll Road roticanai(RC). OK, satisfactory. Next, what?!! SK CC again? 4 hours! I owned him single-handedly using Kel'thuzard Lich King in first D-Day match. Then we were owned by medium/hard armies, again. 2nd D-Day match, he owned me..using his oh-so-cute Pandemonium Panda hero. That lasted a stressful 1 hour 56 minutes. Next was fetching Jon back from school. My first goodwill mission done. Then......bla bla nothing signifcant-get mum drop Hooi come back play and ownage in Gunz. Good ol' Pinoys not scourging.

June 12th Night - Steaming Hot chick-..en/fish/bacon/prawn etc etc
Ex-chauffeur Joel came back to his service. Fetched me to... tadaaa, Town Steamboat, opposite UMNO tower at Macalister Road. The hungry humans: Joel, Melissa, Boon Kit(new acquaintance..nice guy), Marcus, Eric, Wen Ping, Jared, Jon, Jonathan and Jees-..Hooi. 10. Ravage. Savage. The Man was soft and demure, how contradictory...not man at all.

My cute little friends.
Ended at 10pm. Everyone was with a content heart, bulging tummy, and blow face.

I learnt from Jon one good lesson on cooking bacon. The meat, red is good(yeah..damn tasty) and black is great but cancerous(yeah...really tasty but it's burnt).

And..sorry la Mel and guys...i am not that "geli" kind of person la but I am in nature a lover for cute stuffs and when I find them cute I poke, impale and swing them high enough until they land onto my tongue and be crushed under my teeth. Eric shares the great deal of joy within. Boon Kit laughed uncontrollably at what I was doing for my sadomasochism... wth it's just a fish cake with colouring design depicting a cute little face. heh. As Jon Lim quoted, "u play wit food then u eat it, it's fine. but if u play then dun eat, u deep shitter".

Overall, a good reunion or a get-together to maintain our friendship. Serendipity, everyone with the exception of Mel and Boon Kit, are all 2007 5Cekal alumni except Eric(5Amanah guy heh).

Here it is, Mel's version and point of view.

Here it is, Eric's version and point of view.

Here it is, Marcus' version and point of view.

Here it is, Joel's version and point of view.
Hey, Eric... post or send me the 18SG photos of my cute little friends. Thanks!
[The photo is shaken a bit so as to censor the gruesome act.]

This time we have Jonathan in picture. This is also the Rombongan Ponteng 5Cekal minus Joel(photographer). Look where Hooi's hands were. This is not the original photo taken from Mel. Quality already downgraded. Click to enlarge..
[Our table's]
[Laugh laugh laugh before the final pulverizing of the horde of fishballs]
[Eat eat eat, my granduncle once said, "u musn't forget abt food, food is the greatest thing in life"]

Significant moments:

1. Popping and squirting of hot fluid from the "angry" oyster as Wen Ping lifted it up. Victims were Marcus' left cheek and Wen Ping's hand(i think).
2. UFHO(unidentified flying hanging object) as Jonathan brought the plate closer to Hooi. Fortunately no hot water splashing. ahh...cant elaborate la...just big laughs
3. My table won by finishing everything off with minimal wastage. Good job guys.

Goodbye. Goodnight
